I've recently upgraded my Kaspersky Total Security to Kaspersky Plus and noticed that my subscription key is not giving me  Unlimited VPN access which is also part of the bundle package.

What needs to be done so that I can also start using  Unlimited VPN access?

Hello,

Contact tech support... They should give you access for unlimited vpn.

Hum, check this thread:

If it's a previous KTS license migrated (used to activate) to the new product line KPlus, then it's ok, no VPN unlimited included.

What you're showing me that is on the forum thread and what is listed on this page are two separate services

https://usa.kaspersky.com/plus

According to the page that's advertising Plus I am entitled to unlimited VPN which I am not being provided. I am paying for this service which includes unlimited VPN.

Oh, and when I try to check my history order it gives me a blank page.

Read carefull..

When you upgrading from KTS license doesn't cover your unlimited vpn see screenshot..

If you buy new license k plus then you recieve k vpn unlimited automatically.

As I wrote there was cases which tech support allow users of KTS license use k vpn unlimited. Just contact them.

Exactly, You get full unlimited VPN only if you buy a new full KPlus new license, and not activate KPlus with a previous KTS license (migration).
