Why is it not blocking inappropriate searches?

Hello @Cecook

Welcome!

  1. Which device does your child use: MAC, Windows, Android, iOS:  device operating system name and version - refer: https://support.kaspersky.com/common/diagnostics/15026
  2. KSK version, refer: https://support.kaspersky.com/safe-kids-for-android/android/14077
  3. Which browser has been configured?
  4. Have inappropriate searches ever been blocked successfully?
  5. An example of an inappropriate search that has not been blocked - either a URL or a full screen screen-print, so we can test - we need to see what you, your child sees please?

Please post back?

Thank you?

1. Android phone: google pixel 3

2. 1.87.0.19

3. Uses Chrome, I assume that is what has been configured.

4. Not to my knowledge

5. see below for screenshot - I don't know what my child sees when he searches, but he was successful with no barriers to that search.

Hello @Cecook

Thank you for the information!

  1. We can see the issue, irrespective of whether or not the search is made via Google or YouTube, it's not being blocked; the issue needs to be reported to Kaspersky support, on the support page select either Chat or Email, then select Application malfunction, Other template; please include any screen images of the error & a detailed history.

Please share the outcome with the Community, when it's available?
Thank you?
