I can't seem to be able to purchase the standard Kaspersky which is £15.99, I have checked that I entered all my details correctly yet I can't seem to be able to purchase:

It keeps saying "Your payment has been declined"?

So, using more than one bank card or credit card, i.e., multiple cards are *all* declined? Is that correct? 

  1. IF they answer is yes -> has (your) bank provided the *reason* why the transactions are declined
  • Unfortunately the Community cannot assist beyond providing the guides for the issue, to protect (your) privacy & security - the Community has no access to your private information & (you've) not indicated any problems with (your) MyKaspersky account. 

If you experience other issues, submit a request to Kaspersky Customer Service - https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts  -> fill in the template as follows:
