VPN speed issue

Hi, let's get straight to the point. When I turn on my VPN, I always choose the fastest connection option, and there are two different servers. Sometimes I get a good server, but most of the time, I get the slowest server with an unstable ping.

M247 server is the slowest server (for me) which means ping is not stable

Cogent Communications is the fastest and most stable server (for me)

When I change the protocol, I sometimes get a good server, but not always.

and I want to use the Cogent Communications server all the time and I need help with this. How can I join this server all the time?

1. We can't find Cogent in the ST list - which protocol has been selected? 
2. What happens when Türkiye is selected? 
3. Confirm the VPN subscription: Premium/paid OR Free? 
4. Confirm VPN version - on Windows Taskmanager *Hidden-icons*, rightclick the VPN icon, select Help, select About, post back the About information please? 
5. Confirm *Windows OS version & build*, in Windows Search, type WINVER, open the WINVER app, post back the information shown in the WINVER app please? 
6. *Read* Internet connection speed decreases after the installation of a Kaspersky application. 
7. *Read* Kaspersky blog as general VPN information: Why won’t my VPN connect? Common VPN problems and how to fix them.
8. *Read* Turbocharge your VPN.
9.  Log a case directly with Kaspersky-Customer-Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, fill in the Template as shown, support may request Logs, Traces & other data, they will guide you:

Hello I am a Kaspersky premium user and I filled out the information in the image you sent 2 hours ago and sent it to the support team because I am new here but I am an old user. The version of Win Task Manager is 5.22 and the version in VPN is 21.22.7.466-1 (c) 

I have tried all of them, including Türkiye and other countries. I shared the speed tests I have done on the speedtest.net page in the thread. If it is (Cogent Communications), my internet is perfect and my ping is always stable.

But if the (M247) server comes across, my ping increases too much and I can't play the game.

When I stop the VPN, change the settings here, and then turn it back on, sometimes after a few tries, the (Cogent Communications) server opens, and my internet is perfect and my ping is always stable. I can record a video and show it if you'd like.

1. When the *protocol* is changed & Cogent becomes *available* - which protocol is selected please? 
2. Confirm *Windows OS version & build*, in Windows Search, type WINVER, open the WINVER app, post back the information shown in the WINVER app please?

Windows version 25H2 26200.7019

Currently, automatic is selected, but it doesn't matter what I choose here because when I select one of these 3 options and pause and reopen the VPN a few times, this (Cogent Communications) is opened. If I open the VPN without any effort, M247 will be the VPN server and my internet and ping will not be stable.

1. Please confirm, installed Windows is not enrolled in: Canary Channel, Dev Channel, Beta Channel, Release Preview Channel & OR Insider Preview Channel?
