Hello I have screenshots of my certificate signing issues could you please review and tell me why reliable ssl apps are being blocked for example microsoft and your own software and I cannot change the settings to adjust the blocked items and have to manually sign certificates that are obviously from microsoft

Tech Support can handle Trace files. This user forum is not designed for analyzing trace files. Please disable Traces when you are done generating traces.

It looks like you have the newest version. Have you contacted Tech Support? Link is located at top of this forum page. Please double check that you  disabled traces.

Also, @JusieM You can try to download and try the new revision KTS21.2.16.590…

 

To work with certificates tools, You can create exclusions (for any application) in Application Control → Do not scan encrypted traffic, also You may add exclusion for specific sites in Settings → NetWork → Scan Encrypted Connections →  Manage Exclusions…
