I am using Kaspersky security center v14 and would like to know how I can generate a key file from my existing licenseI tried going to https://keyfile.kaspersky.com but it redirected me to another site. I also tried to export it from the console but it only gave me a text file with my license details - not a key file.

Additionally, I have two servers that need to be activated but the Add Key task keeps failing for them. I think this might be because they are not connected to the internet. Please advise how I can activate them offline using a key file.

Yes, to activate the application with a code, the device needs Internet access. However, check the connection from these servers to your KSC on port 17000... it is used precisely for activation when the client does not have the Internet and the server does... https://support.kaspersky.com/KSC/14.2/en-US/158830.htm

Try contacting your solution provider, they should help you obtain the key files from your activation code.

When using key files, device access to the Internet is not required.

the port is set properly in the KSC settings according to your screenshot. but I have not yet actually verified if port 17000 is open between my servers and the KSC server for offline activation

try running the command from the problematic device

tnc <IP address KSC> -port 17000

it should be something like this
