Endpoint communication lost with the Kaspersky Security Center console

Good morning friends,

We are facing a problem that kaspersjy support is not able to solve, several machines on the client's network lost communication with the console, we identified that some machines are changing IPs because they are DHCP and the console is not identifying these changes, ex. the BRCOP-L-2200 machine had IP 10.10.15.8 after this machine restarted this IP went to the BRCOP-L-2222 machine it is ok on the console the BRCOP-L-2200 machine loses communication because the KAV console is not managing to identify this IP exchange, we have already validated the ports and the firewall all are ok, but we have more or less 500 devices with this problem, our console is in version 13.2 and agents in version 11.10, as you can see in the attached image, we have 4 machines with the same IP and only one has the correct IP, the other machines no longer have this IP and the console is not able to identify this exchange causing the machines to lose communication with the Kaspersky console.
