chrome Can't load the javascript 'content/md5.js'

When trying to install the extensions in Google Chromes, it gives me a message: Package not valid. Details: Can't load the javascript 'content/md5.js'

How to fix this?

Also, version of Chrome browser, attach a capture with the error as well.
