You are not the 1st user that comes to the forum with that Linux distro and those bunch of detections, but them all are correct ? since that Linux distro is full of risky tools...

En : You seem to be misunderstanding me, look. The objectives (the stuff flagged by the anti-virus) it doesnt matter what did it flag. The problem is that I cant do anything with the objectives none of the options work.

When I click on one of the options it starts loading and it never loads in.

It DOESNT matter if its linux distro or actual malware.

Kaspersky will not be able to take actions over those detections if the VM system is on and working ?‍♂️ since it is in use... your best bet is to disable K. protection while using that VM Linux distro... and ignore all the detections.

The VM system is not running right now and it still shows that is loading something ?

The ignore button doesnt work either

Try just exiting Kaspersky via K. icon in Windows taskbar...

Also, even not VM running, probably those detections took place while running, also K. may has issues to delete them being inside the VM system files...
