Hello, perform the following procedures. I had a similar problem on secondary domain controllers. Try downloading the network agent from this link: https://box.kaspersky.com/f/1c1e4b4a7d744dc7a90b/ And install it on your local computer or server. The remote installation did not work for me. Awaiting return.

Kaspersky Released the patch B for Network Agent to resolve this issue,  you can download it from https://support.kaspersky.com/15293

Thanks, we also got this info after long discussion with Kaspersky Support.

Unfortunately the still is no full install of Network Agent with Patch B included: Installing Patch B after Network Agent crashed is impossible via Security Center (as the Network Agnet is not reachable).

No idea, how to solve that other than with manual install.

BR,
-tjacobs.

You can create a new remote installation package using the .exe and .ini with the command /silent.

then create the task to install the package using windows distribution method  ( this will require username and password for windows authentication in the accounts field) this is third selecting in the remote installation task settings. Also please make sure you uncheck the using network agent option.

( for the computers where Agent is running you can use it)

add computers or select the group and run the task.
