  2. It sure is. You can get it from KSC DB using C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center\klakdb.chm file But you need to run klnagchk utility at stolen laptop to get the ID from the host to compare both.

  4. Hi, I`m not sure I understood you correctly. So the problem is, that once KES is working it is impossible to save a file at some shared folder(at the server)? Thank you!
  5. Hi, You can only figure it out using some indirect data - OS version, set of installed software, computer name and so on. There is another way,which is more precise, but you need to run klnagchk utility at stolen laptop to get it`s host ID.

  7. Hi, There is no way to do so via policy. However, you can accept that update at Advanced-application management-Software updates and it will be installed without confirmation from user. Thank you!
