You can create a new remote installation package using the .exe and .ini with the command /silent. then create the task to install the package using windows distribution method ( this will require username and password for windows authentication in the accounts field) this is third selecting in the remote installation task settings. Also please make sure you uncheck the using network agent option. ( for the computers where Agent is running you can use it) add computers or select the group and run the task.
