Hello dmarrduncan, MAC-KIS, there's no "settings", Turn off/on automatic display of the onscreen keyboard 1) KIS application icon, open Protection Centre, choose Preferences > application preferences window opens. 2) On Browsers tab, in Onscreen Keyboard section, deselect/untick Show onscreen keyboard Also check: Safe Money as OnScreen Keyboard is a Safe$ feature. Privacy (there won't be OSKB, preferences in Privacy, but, there may be other Preferences you'd like to check/confirm) & would you please kindly let me know the 4 recommendations please? But just remember it was put there for the reason of security especially when banking on line for instance. It makes no sound and therefore cannot be heard by anyone listening in from outside etc, unlike your real keyboard which can be heard by hackers with the right equipment. Yes people can do that, through the glass in your windows. Hope it helps anyway

The Kaspersky virtual/on-screen "keyboard" pops up and I don't need it. How do I disable the pop-up, on-screen Kaspersky keyboard?

I downloaded Kaspersky antivirus on my widows 10 PC and ever since then I have been unable to install it on the the PC. when I try to launch the installation wizard, it loads and stops. Has happened several times and getting me frustrated. I need help from the Gurus here. Thanks

Hello Everybody, Among 3 Windows Server 2003 KES 11 is working fine but on one 2003 Server after restart, Keyboard is not working even changing some more keyboard. As it is Windows 2003, in log in page there is no On Screen Keyboard also! How can this situation be solved and is there anything need to be done in KES for Keyboard allow? No HP velocity but when I debug the memory dump with winddbg i can see issue occur on the keyboard filtering so I will try to uninstall Logitech GHUb

Como creo que ya se ha comentado anteriormente, en el KAFree el icono aparece en gris, y es por diseño, ya que no dispone de los módulos Anti-Banner ni tampoco del Privacy Browsing, así que no se muestran los bloqueos de ambos módulos, sólo aparece el acceso al Kaspersky Virtual KeyBoard. En las versiones de pago: KIS/KAV/KTS/KSCloud debería aparecer el icono en verde, siempre y cuando se use uno de los principales navegadores soportados: Chrome, MSIE, FireFox. Saludos.

Same as why we ask for any reports that may shed light on what is causing Network Speed Checker app, on your PC, to not run, when KTS is active. --- I've tested: on 2 W10 pcs, KTS active, Network Speed Checker app installed. NSC runs without any issues. --- Before KTS was installed, were compatibility requirements checked?: Hardware and software requirements --- To assist us, assist you, please shutdown PC, (these steps will initiate a full shutdown), using the following steps: (1) Open Start menu > select Power button. (2) Press and hold the Shift key on keyboard, while clicking on Shut down, then release the Shift key. --- (3) When the PC is completely OFF, press the power key to start the device. (4) Login. (5) Start KTS, make sure KTS is running, active. (6) Enable traces (7) Replicate the Network SpeedChecker "Service is unavailable" issue. (8) ** Turn Traces OFF** (9) Save trace files to desktop, as .zip, upload, in your reply, using the "upload" icon, or upload to cloud & pm the link. Hello Vitalik93, Welcome and thanks for posting. We also, haven't been able to replicate the (physical) up/down button - keyboard failure, when used in Firefox 68. browsers. Unless krembuk provides us with requested url/s, the only conclusion that can be drawn is, user error. No issues with KIS. Best regards

Just to be sure, can I launch tracing from custom tools and in the mean time take Procmon logs without change Self Defense on KSC policy? I had some issue after policy change so I'd avoid to change it.

On the kaspersky site I read kaspersky KIS 2019 suports secure keybord input on chrome on the version until 64. But I use chrome version 76 with KIS 2019 19.0.0.188(g). It's already a very long time on chrome, kaspersky does not show a little popup of secure keyboard input so you have no idea whether kaspersky supports secure keyboard on your chrome or not. Can someone determine whether chrome version 76 is supported for secure keyboard input? I use the kaspersky protection extension on chrome.

Hello krembuk, Do you mean the KTS onscreen keyboard? no, FLOOD. i mean, the keyboard hardware pgup pgdn buttons. they work for some websites, but not in some others when the Protection extension is activated.
