  1. Is it possible that your ksc dont have connection to internet? You can click under Report ( i mean ~ kaspersky lab versions) to look which versions are installed in your company. And if u need you can download from the site: https://support.kaspersky.com/9333 the plugins u need.
  2. Hi, ttps://support.kaspersky.com/9333 all plugins can find on this page, many are integreated in the ksc exe. Do you know which u need? if not, u can run a report, in this u can see which will be needed. The reports found on starting site as a tab.
  3. Hi InstantIT, at first of all, KSC dont will say that all of them running at same version. the reason is its cause all running same policy and the policy is an update of the previous version. There are 2 possibilities to find out witch version is running: 1.) Easyly fade in the column for version number. 2.) right click on a server and properties and then applikation and then settings. at second, some of the policysettings are not compatible, but u can configure them at local or if u dont have close the lock. i recommanded that u install on your ksc server the console for ks4ws. do u already know how?
  4. If u have an encryption server (openPGP or S/Mime as example) u dont get information directly and need edge settings, if u get it directly u choose the other one.
  5. Usually the KSC didnt need a license, you can put a license there but its only for advanced features.
  6. Two Tipps: First of all Patch your System :-) Look at Lifecycle: The Version 10.3.407 isnt still supported. The usually support time of a KSC is round about 2 years. Your Version is 4 years old. Cause the version isnt any more support, you cant download from Kaspersky. Maybe u can ask the support, but if you do, patch an b with cve fix. https://support.kaspersky.com/de/13843

  9. Can u put your policy here? And a screenshot of a client, that we can see that the module is installed? a easy way to get this information is to click on a client in ksc with right > properties > task and look if firewall has a playing symbol.
  10. But how can I scan the PST's, without opening the PST's and attaching them to an Outlook client? Isn't the goal to get knowledge in the first step or to scan it? Because he doesn't know if this is the truth.
  11. Hi guys, i dont know if i understand your problem right, but usually the problem ist, that your ksc download on https and your proxy break the tls (ssl bumping/tls-injection). There are two possibilitys, frist deaktivitact ssl-bumping for the https in the following link. 2nd alternativ change the way ksc download it, not recommanded but often in use, scroll the same link down there are the parameters. https://support.kaspersky.com/15052
  12. If u have install Kaspersky Security for Server (KSWS) u have a cmd tool for that https://support.kaspersky.com/5027 (the link has the old Security App, but most of commands are compatible) pls note to do a backup before if something go wrong
