Así es, y es un comportamiento correcto, hay que decirle que siga la instalación aun apareciendo Estándar, si ya tenéis una clave en el sistema de Plus o Premium, la detectará y cambiará al producto correcto acorde con la licencia.

I just checked all the downloaded files with the tool "HashMyFiles" (NirSoft), and there are LOTS OF REDUNDANT FILES, I mean, many are the same file with different name, but with the same hash:
Only of one archive, there are 83 copies with different names! 🤦♂️🤷♂️
Similar issue, with other files...
Also, I checked some of them with VirusTotal service, and none of the antivirus solutions there detected nothing...
Anyway, I will try, WITH TIME, to clean the list (remove redundant copies of files), and test them in a Virtual Machine.

Welcome to Kaspersky Community.
That's a known bug when You upgrade (overwriting) from KTS to KPlus/Premium, and only in Windows 11.
There are 2 diffrent solutions: uninstall and do a clean installation of KPremium, or check this Windows registry workaround, You will not get just the same result, but You will get the old style menu options for scanning and KSN checking:

First step, try to migrate Your KIS to the new product line, if already available in Your country region:

Correcto, desactivando esa opción, entramos en el llamado Modo Interactivo de Kaspersky, y recibirás notificaciones a la hora de tomar decisiones, aun así, tendrás que revisar los módulos de protección principales y las tareas de análisis para ajustarlos a tu gusto.

Windows 11 Kernel Isolation disabled, so using Kaspersky own Hardware Virtualization.

Por lo que he estado buscando en Google, hay otros usuarios que tienen este tipo de carpetas en sus perfiles de FireFox (incluso en Linux), incluso yo tengo bastantes en mi profile de FireFox con la cadena sqlite-wal.
Aunque yo no tengo FoxIt, esas carpetas están relacionadas con las extensiones, ahora bien, el motivo de por qué obtienes el error en el análisis, podría estar en que lo mismo está bloqueada (o en uso) en el momento del análisis, de solo lectura (sería extraño)...

En la notificación que adjuntas, siempre es la misma dirección Web: 1.1.1.1? Que por lo que recuerdo es la DNS de Cloudflare 🤔
Prueba a añadir 1.1.1.1 en la lista de Direcciones de Confianza del Análisis de Conexiones Cifradas:

If You did not finally download anything and execute nothing from that site, no, You don't have to do a further action, Your KIS blocked the access to the malicious code of that site.
Also, You should try to migrate to the new product line, if already available in Your country region:
