  1. You have a lot of security suites with 30 days trial... cool your computer until the problem solved with one of them.
  2. I hope Danila T. statement "We are working is a solution" doesn't mean "We have no fu%$%ng idea what's going on..." More info in this "work in progress" it will be nice.

You bought a PC to have a security suite on it, nothing else metters... and if you have windows 10/11 built-in security is more than enough in this situation or you can use a 30 days trial of an alternative security suite... Why are you flaming me? Do what you want. I'm here to help who needs help, until Kaspersky finds a solution. As I said before, in the present situation Kaspersky is a "crippled" security suite and I don't use that kind of stuff in my PC. Hope Kaspersky find a solution soon or they go start to lose lot of costumers in the future! (I'm a costumer in the last 18 years and never see nothing like this from this company - 6 days without a fix... even a temporary one... never seen!
  4. It seems KIS was not completely uninstalled. How do you uninstalled KIS? To be sure use Kaspersky Removal Tool. Also Try to remove AI Suite with Revo Uninstaller to ensure a clean install. If any ASUS services stay after uninstall they should be stopped in Adminstrative Tools - Services, and removed with the command "SC Delete <service name>" from admin Command Prompt. Hope this helps.

  6. I never see Kaspersky staff take so long to solve a problem... problem is serious. Revert databases to June 22 when everything worked, should be a temporary solution, or not?
  7. Kaspersky blocks ASUS services, like ASUS Com Service or Lighting Service, so, it's impossible the normal work of ASUS stuff. Affected programs: - Armoury Crate ( all versions) - Asus AI Suite ( all versions) - Aura Sync Utility ( all versions ) - Other ASUS utilites using ASUS Com Service temp solution: Remove Kaspersky to have ASUS stuff working again or wait for a fix.
  8. You're making everything wrong... It's not AI Suite 3 or other ASUS tools you need to uninstallI. It's Kaspersky! Use alternate virus protection until Kaspersky solves the problem... Please read all older posts!

  10. Do you have Kaspersky installed and ASUS Com Service is running???? Please confirm.
  11. The problem as nothing to do with latest windows10/11 updates. C:\Program Files (x86)\ASUS\AXSP\4.02.12\atkexComSvc.exe ---> this service is "killed" by latest Kaspersky databases. Other ASUS services are also affected. The services are needed for the correct start of AI Suite, Aura Sync and Armoury Crate, so nothing from ASUS runs well with Kaspersky software installed. THIS IS A "MAJOR Critical Problem" and all efforts to solve this quickly should be implemented urgently. As I said before, the total removal of Kaspersky solves the problem. So the problem was generated from changes in Kaspersky products. It's a Kaspersky problem, not ASUS or Microsoft.
  12. Same problem here... ASUS Com Service (atkexComSvc.exe) unable to start with KIS installed.
