你好 @Wesly.Zhang 我多排查了下，发现根因不是IPV6，是WSL2。现在的docker是在wsl2里运行的，我相同的页面，在wsl2里部署外面就访问不到，在windows下面直接跑外面就能访问。我怀疑可能是wsl2和windows之间的转发被卡巴斯基拦了。 我最后决定直接在windows下面架服务，不走wsl2中转了。 辛苦了！非常感谢。 新年快乐。

А почему программа сразу не видит новую подписку? Я теперь вот должен нервничать, раньше в старых версиях до всей этой подписочной чехарды купил ключ для продления, добавил сразу и всё. Теперь же одни неудобства и нервы треплют.

Здравствуйте. На днях установил программу Kaspersky Free на Windows 10. После полной проверки одного из дисков прочитал выборочно отчет. Очень много файлов помечены как защищенные паролем, хотя они не запаролены. Так и должно быть или это ошибка программы? С ув. Денис.

Hello @amralaa, Thank you for posting back! System Watcher is identical, irrespective of whether the subscription is paid OR free. Kaspersky does not make a feature in a paid version & the same feature in a free version - Kaspersky releases a *whole* product - IF the subscriber is paid they have access to *all* features, IF the subscriber is free the same product is available BUT some features are limited/locked - the limited/locked features are identified by *crown👑-icon*, the free subscriber may see the features but not be able to access/activate the features, IF the free subscriber selects a limited/locked feature a popup window will display advising the free-subscriber IF they wish to access the feature they must purchase a paid subscription. yes I added it to safe money no photo as the pop up is not coming on!

To follow this step properly: You have to previously disable Kaspersky Self-Defense, follow the instructions, and then re-enable.

this is the instruction they told me. "Please follow the instructions below for a probable solution regarding your Safe Money issue. 1. Please try changing default browser for Safe Money to a different one and see if the issue persists. Open your Kaspersky Plus app > Privacy > Safe Money settings (click the cogwheel) > look for the "Additional" section" and change the browser > Save. 2. Delete Safe Money browser profile folder and start Safe Money again to create a new folder/profile. Press the Win key + R on your keyboard > type %programdata% and click OK > Kaspersk Lab > delete SafeBrowser > then run a protected browser again. Please note that this will delete your Safe Money list of website entries." ------then i tried to open a website in protected and this end up not working. and i shut down the computer. Again, i received an email the next day, which is today (this is the emailed instruction) "Thank you for your response and for providing those updates. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please send us this Traces archive. today I open the computer, read this email, then i followed 1-5. after that i tried to open a website in protected mode so that it will trace my activity (I think) then it opened successfully in protected mode. tried another website and still opening in protected mode. this is my thought to this. maybe last night when I followed the first two instructions after trying the "safe money" which turned out not working and after i shut it (my thought) something was cleared without knowing. then when i received an email today and followed the instructions then when i tried "safe money" again it successfully opened.
