Kaspersky 1 yıllık premium hediyem vardı. Kod kullanmıştım bunun için. 1 yılı doldurduktan sonra bu sefer kredi kartımla 1 yıl daha üyelik aldım. Bu yaklaşık 10 gün önce oldu. Ancak o günden sonra 4 ya da 5 kere yani 2 günde bir falan kasperskyden mail alıyorum. Mailde Tanımadığım bir cihazın hesabıma eklenmesi için onay isteniyor. Maillerden birinin ekran görüntüsünü ekte koydum. Mailde yazanı tam olarak belirtmek gerekirse: "Sayın Kullanıcı, fenerli (Desktop) cihazındaki yeni Kaspersky uygulaması hesabınıza eklendi. Bunu sizin yaptığınızdan emin olmak istiyoruz. My Kaspersky hesap sayfanızı açın ve yeni uygulamayı onaylayın veya hesabınızdan silin." şeklinde 2 günde bir başka bir cihaz ismiyle ilgili aynı maili alıyorum. Hesaba girip cihazlar kısmına baktığımda sadece kendi cihazım görünüyor onaylama daveti falan da yok. Ekte bunun ekran görüntüsünü de koydum. Tamam şifre değiştirmek bir çözüm ama neden ben premium satın alınca bu maillerin gelmeye başladığını anlamadım. Önceki üyeliğimi kod girerek aldığım için daha önce hesabıma giriş yapmamıştım. 10 gün önceki satın almayı yapmak için yeni şifre oluşturmam gerekti. Ben yeni şifremle hesabıma girip satın alma yaptıktan 1 gün sonra nasıl başkaları hesabıma erişip de kendi cihazını eklemeye çalışabiliyor. Bunun bir açıklaması var mı? Hallo! Ich habe auch ein Problem mit dem Password Manager! Habe heute (01.11.25) eine weitere Lizenz für 3 Android Handys gekauft, nach der Aktivierung kam plötzlich die Meldung vom zuvor einwandfrei funktionierendem Password Manager, das ich ihn von der kostenlosen Version upgraden soll. Allerdings steht beim anmelden das der Password Manager im Abo Premium enthalten ist. Ich hoffe das Kaspersky hier bald eine Lösung hat, denn das ist sehr ärgerlich

I think I'm having the same issue. My subscription appears active on the "free subscription," but on the paid subscription, it says "Not Supported in Your Region." When I enter the activation code, I get a message saying the code has already been used. I can't add my devices to my paid subscription. However, the same devices appear to be added to the free subscription. I'm trying to delete my free subscription, but it doesn't work. Also, when I activate the VPN in the app, I get a message saying there's no internet connection. I can't add any devices to my paid subscription. The help link above wasn't helpful.
