biraz daha araştırdığımda ''hfnkpimlhhgieaddgfemjhofmfblmnib'' idsinin SystemProfileProto_ComponentId_AMOUNT_EXTRACTION_HEURISTIC_REGEXES bileşenine ait olduğunu buldum. Lakin kaspersky'da neden bu şekilde göründüğünü anlamıyorum.

edge kullanmıyorum ama güncel tutuyorum, biraz araştırmayla data0 dosyanın chrome'un klasörlerinde olduğunu gördüm lakin tarayıcım hep güncel ve kaspersky'ın uzantısı hariç herhangi bir uzantı ekli değil. Defalarca tam tarama yaptım lakin bir şey çıkmadı

Hi, I thinks this is a know issue but didn't succed to resolve it. I bougth a new license from KS and I uninstall the old version I had. But whenI reboot my laptop my touchpad and keyboad don't work anymore!! I tried a lot of solution but didn't work for me (Kaspesky rescue disk, start windows in safe mode, clear registery entries....) I hope there is a solution for that otherwise this is not serious from Kaspersky!

Hi, Thanks. I already contacted the support and didn't get any feedback from them. It is weird how this problem is there for a decade now and no working solution was given. The first thing I will do after this is to cancel my subscription and use another AV.

É, parece que o probrelama da maioria aqui é o mesmo. O códígo de ativação. Você efetua todo processo que me parece ser bem simples, mas não é, os -emails nunca chegam, informaçoes divergêntes. Não existe suporte nos finais de semana. E saiu em persquisas como o Top 10 dos softwares da categaria.
