A Kaspersky VPN premium subscription cannot be *shared* with other users. IF the *new* Kaspersky VPN premium subscription has been installed on the mobile phone & that phone still has the *original* user-name email for the *whole-phone* the problem (you've) described will happen bc Kaspersky 'thinks' (you're) trying to install software as a *shared* subscription. The *phone* must be signed into with the same user-name that is being used for the *new* VPN subscription (you) purchased today & registered as the *new-user*. I already have kaspersky installed in my cell and pc. Todat I bought VPN for one year and I registered it with another user. I can not install VPN in my cell phone because I am getting a message that says that I have to unistall the one Is already had, but it is a limited one for VPN. In mi pc it's all ok, both are working. What can I do to activate VPN in my cell? Thanks

А что делать, если все что там написано не помогает. и KSC работает в каком то урезанном режиме? Хотя все оплачено. Написали бы просто и понятно. "Есть проблемы, мы про них знаем, скоро исправим." А то вот это все что там написано по ссылке, проделано по несколько раз. Но приложение так и не работает.
