Разобрался я с этим вопросом. Думаю многим поможет. Полагаю провайдер воду мутит. Выставил DNS Cloudflare и всё чётко работает. Скорость, загрузка, выгрузка в облако. Адреса провайдера и google толком не работают. Не знаю сколько времени стабильно отработает, очень часто Cloudflare блокируют.

As far as I know this is not possible. You have to do it on the machine locally. As all devices have the same problem check if there are any differences in KESL Version and DB Updates. You just need the collect of one machine having the issue for troubleshooting. Make sure KESL 12.3 is installed and the current Network Agent installed. Make sure after install the first DB Update is successful. And check in Online Help that all Requirements are given, i.e. Iptables must be installed to get Web Threat Protection to work. Best would be to open a ticket with technical Support to check into the collect and do further troubleshooting
