Я все пробовал - ничего не помогло. Вышло только если установить KES 12.6.0.0.438 В принципе этот вариант меня устроит - но как теперь привязать KES 12.6 к облаку ? Есть отдельно дистрибутив Network Agenta или какая-то утилита, которая позволит мне увидеть раб станцию в облаке ?

@Dmitry_CH, добрый день. Вероятно, есть следы от предыдущего установки/попытки установки Агента администрирования. Используйте утилиту cleaner для очистки от следов: https://support.kaspersky.ru/13088
