Surprisingly, after a shutdown, some time delay and start PC again, this problem is solved. The icon is still red on startup (when cursor hover on it, a message shows kaspersky is starting), but after a very short time it turns green.

I used to use Kaspersky Internet Security, and similar problem happened (in Windows 24H2 or 25H2? I can't remember...) Yes, have fully uninstalled. Then after some restarts the same problem appears again.

Most likely, this is an old KIS bug, when apps are blocked from the network access. In this case, upgrading to Kaspersky Standard will help, your KIS subscription will activate it.

Take a look at this thread, maybe a screenshot of the trusted app settings will help.

Buenos días, ¿Has instalado alguna actualización de Windows recientemente? Normalmente, Microsoft persiste en algunas de sus actualizaciones en activar Microsoft Defender. Ve a Actualización y Seguridad > Seguridad de Windows > Abrir seguridad de Windows > Protección Antivirus y contra amenazas, comprueba que te ponga Kaspersky y en opciones de Antivirus de Microsoft Defender comprueba que este desactivado, y sino desactívalo.
