I have a subscription for 3 devices on my My Kaspersky account, but I can only access two. The system only shows 2 devices, and although I should have one more slot available, it shows 0 remaining licenses. How can I fix this issue?

Hi, I am struggling with the support team. I have logged calls, have tickets open. Each day they send me the same story of uninstalling via the app using the admin code. The problem is I cant even open the app. It just spins on the login page with "Starting Kaspersky Safe Kids" and a spinning wheel. Great app.. but chat support and email support does not seem to work or understand. Picture attached

They know there's an issue on their end. They're just wasting your time by making you jump through these pointless hoops and pretending they're doing something to assist. It's a big deception.

Wie gesagt unter der MR24 hab ich keine Probleme mit Edge Protection wie oben im Beitrag von mir zu sehen ist mit Bild.

Danke @Longlife für die Rückmeldung. Dann lasse ich es lieber so, bevor nach einer Neuinstallation irgendwas anderes nicht funktionieren sollte. Und es scheint ja echt ein kosmetischer Fehler zu sein, wenn es im Browser aktiv ist und funktioniert. Und wegen dem Schutz vor Datensammlung, ich aktiviere es vielleicht mal und schaue, ob es dadurch zu Problemen kommt, ansonsten kann ich es ja wieder auf Standard setzen.
