KES 11 Critical area scan

Hi, I noticed that Critical area scan is performed and I cannot adjust settings in KSC why I was not able to find a related task. The task is performed every day plus KSC scan task so I would take control over this. Could you help to do that? Thanks

Hello! Task settings are located in a group of managed devices.

Hi, I've checked task settings on group properties under managed devices but I didn't find this task settings, Could you tell me an exact location?

Hello, you can configure the policy in the local tasks section. Leave only the middle option marked as print.

Thank you guys, I already found this task within clients properties and I manually performed the change (we don't have a huge list of clients). clesio.carvalho do you suggest to disable local tasks via policy? Before to do that I want understand which are local tasks

Hi Alex yes you can disable local tasks if you want. If you are using Kaspersky Security Center, why you just don't disable local tasks with KES policy? Thank you.

Hi Alex just a reminder and local tasks wouldn't be executed if you have configured policy, instead group tasks would be executed on schedule. Thank you.

Yes, local tasks can be disabled if you are using the Kaspersky Security Center, so virus scan tasks will be performed through tasks created on the console.
