Hello, A friend of me took my computer and downloaded something that he opened, and since now, lot of my files changed to “**.xejpt1j6u”, i’ve tried lot of your kapersky decrypter tools, but it never has any effet on it. Can anyone helps us on that, would be really appreciated. Thanks.

I was hit with ransomware, I need help decrypting files. Initially file was “.id-24C40586.[decrypt@files.mn].Roger” now its missing the last part “.Roger” . Does this mean anything, Can this be decrypted, pls help.

Yesterday I installed a .exe and had a surprise. My paid Kaspersky immediately detected a Trojan, but he can't remove it. About "Trojan.Win32.Ekstak.vho" detected no information available. Google Chrome cannot be uninstalled.

Hi everyone: After donwloading a link from "weetransfer" website and open it, my PC got .DOCM virus. All files on desktop and in the folder i opened it in became .DOCM files. i give the PC to a professional company in our country, they remove the virus but could not decrypt the files. i contact the criminal as per the note left on my desktop and he decrypt on file for me. How to decrypt these files? I will upload an encrypted file and the same file after the criminal decrypt it. Moderator: Moved to the correct forum.

I'm not sure if I'm in the correct section. Hi everybody, my pc was infected with .dutan ransomware. WIth the restore system and te Kas Virus Removal Tool I removed a lot of infected file, but now I've got all my partition D, with files with extension .duran. I tried to find a tool for the decrypting it, but anyone seems working with that extension. There is some way to recover my file? Anyone know if there is developing a tool for decrypting (so i can save them like that and wait for the tool) Any help would be great! THanks
