So I decided to downgrade to a previous version of a program because I don’t like the changes. KIS just informed me that it upgraded back up to the latest version. How can I stop that from happening again?

Starting today, I’ve been getting a notification from the app for a “Error during an encrypted connection scan in a Kaspersky application” for “nowtv.com”, which I’ve currently decided to set to “Ignore and remember”. Thing is, I’ve never visited or opened up the site myself at all, so I’m curious to why any connection is being attempted at all. I do use the security extension for Chrome, and I’ve promptly nuked any and all cookies that may be tied to the site if this helps. I’m not sure if this is the app itself simply acting up, or if something else is at work here (some background process maybe?). I enabled an update some time ago and the main interface of kaspersky internet security disappeared from my system only to be replaced by the VPN interface. I can no longer perform tasks such as general scan. Internet security still functions in the background though. I need the main interface back. What do I do?

I have installed KIS and now I cannot print correctly to my CANON Pixma printer. The printer is only printing certain portions of the document. I have installed on two Lenovo laptops with windows 10 and the same problem occurs. One is connected via USB and one is wireless. Please advice how to rectify.

I’m curious about Kaspersky’s special SSL certificate that they use to intercept and analyze HTTPS traffic. Does anyone know how it works, as in, does it decrypt all traffic and send everything to Kaspersky (I should hope not)? Or is it using a local database to look at decrypted traffic to look for suspicious data?

Over the last month my mac has been failing to start up and has been so slow. The error log reflects that K I S is causing a problem. I unloaded it totally and ran the mac for a week with no problem. I have now reinstalled it and the same problem is happening - it just takes ages to boot up and then reboots what looks like back into safe mode then starts normally - has anybody any ideas or experiencing the same problem ? Scan is absolutely clear so no threats or issues there.

KIS 21.3.10.391(b) on Win10 x64 build 19043 no problem in copying large files in my intranet, but when I download files from internet, it seems greater then 50MB, download hangs in a randomic way (sometimes after 20MB, sometimes after 100MB). If i disable all KIS control (except antivirus) it works, so it is not my provider We are speaking about “normal files”, such as ISO distro Linux and classroom.google.com downloads ;-) it happens with Chrome, Firefox, user login, admin login Most of KIS settings are default Any help? Kaspersky should check the company which aplayes for payment of subscription! It is not normal to require smartmobil ,in which you can have "Mobil Bank ID" when you have Kasperskys protection for your computer whith "Bank ID". Your way of payment of subscription is discrimonation of people whithout smartmobil! ref nr: CPKdscuu
