Kaspersky Internet Security

I have a downloaded KIS User Guide from 2016 which must be well out of date now. I cannot find the equivalent for KIS 2020 anywhere ! Am I missing something or is it all online now? Thank you for any advice.

How can I return Kaspersky internet security if I bought it as a guest? I have not activated the product. Because of an accident I end up with two of them and both were ordered as guest. Is it possible that I use the un-used one next year?

Good day My computer was repaired and Kaspesky Total Security Free was installed in English at the computer repair shop. As I'm Portuguese and have a license, I uninstalled this version and installed KIS 2020 in Portuguese and inserted my license, which had already been activated on the computer in question. A week ago, KIS 20.0.14.1085 (k) works perfectly with your license. Can I face future problems ? Grettings

We have been receiving reports of images and other resources on our site being blocked by users with Kaspersky installed. I have attached images of the behavior and console output below. “www.opb.org” shows up green on your Threat Intelligence Portal. Hello. I have purchased a license if Internet Security 2020 yesterday for 3 devices. Already installed it yesterday on my laptop (18.08.). When I install Internet Security on my second device (desktop PC) eg in on 20.08. will the 365 countdown for the deskop PC start on the 20th or shows remaining days from first use of the license on the laptop (18.08.)? As a long time user of KIS, upon updating to a new Version, I’ve always been prompted to install the Kaspersky Protection Extension twice: first when launching Firefox the 1st time, and 2nd, when launching Safe Money in the Protected Browser for Firefox the 1st time. Having just auto-updated to KIS 2021 (Win 10 Pro v1903 OS), I was impressed to see how quickly the KIS 2021 Notification Center recognized my Firefox browser and linked me direct to the Firefox Add-ons page for the “Kaspersky Protection 2021” extension. I am unable to download any file using my browsers (Chrome/Firefox) after the update. The download will start normally and download with normal speed for a few seconds, then download speed drop to zero instantly. I tried multiple sources, microsoft.com, google drive, mega, and many others, none of them worked and all the download behave similarly. I am using Kaspersky Internet Security 20.0.14.1085(I) on a Windows 7 machine. I added some entries to my Hosts file located in C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc. After I did Kaspersky said it had detected Trojan.Win32.Host2.gen. It gave me no option to ignore that detection and kept replacing my updated version with the previous version. This happened several times. Now I cannot even open the hosts file. Everytime I try, I get a popup window saying “Access is denied”. The hosts file is not marked read only. All the users have full permissions. I have 2 computers, both running windows10, connected to same private network. Computer 1 is running Kaspersky Internet Security. Computer 2 is running MS Defender. Computer 1 can access the shares on Computer 2 no problem. But Computer 2 cannot access the shares on Computer 1. Get error message “Windows cannot access \\Computer1 ….” If I pause Kaspersky protection on Computer 1, then Computer 2 CAN access the shares or Computer 1. What / How do I change in Kaspersky Internet Security to allow Computer 2 to access Computer 1 without having to pause protection??

I am building a new desktop PC, since my current PC is over 10 years old.. and my question is: Can I use my current KIS license on that new desktop PC.. or I need to buy a new KIS license (I have bought a license for just one device)? My old PC will not be in use anymore (removing an SSD+HDDs from it, GPU as well etc.)

Hi, my kaspersky internet security for 1 device expires in 50 days from now. So i purchased the same product but for 3 devices. I have already installed the key in my first device (Kaspersky tells me ’’New activation code has been found in your application, after the current licence expires the new code will initiate activation automatically. So far so good! Now, if i want to install kaspersky to my android device, will i lose the 50 remaining days that my first device has? Should i wait for the old code to expire and then install it to the other devices?
