Sinceramente con los nuevos cambios de la nueva línea de productos de Kaspersky estamos algo confusos en cuanto a las licencias ilimitadas de la VPN, creo que aun adquiriendo una licencia de 10 usuarios, solamente 5 de ellos tendrían VPN ilimitada, pero lo mejor es que consultes con el soporte oficial: K. Support Saludos.

Приветствую! Я не смог воспроизвести проблему. При "Доменной аутентификации" ничего не происходит. Пустая страничка. И событий подключения нет. Правда у меня включен 2FA. Проверьте ACL в свойствах сервера администрирования. Возможно там есть права у группы локальных пользователей.

In this case, even putting it in Trusted probably would not work, for sure looks a suspicious or not so legit app, see the number of AV firms flagging it in VirusTotal. You should try to create an exclusion, adding the name of the file and specifying the exact detection:

Я нашёл, куда Антивирус закидывает копию заражённого файла, но достать оттуда я не могу его, так как нет прав. Хотелось бы понять как его достать оттуда, не через резервное хранилище, где он файл закидывает на сервер сам. А вот этот заархивированный файл с расширением klq можно было бы достать и закинуть в песочницу какую нибудь, чтобы понаблюдать за ним? Как лучше всего это сделать?

Мне интересно для .16 - стоит на виртуалке. На Ру-боард ещё никто не отписался об автообновлении до .17

автообновление работает сейчас только для новой линейки (применительно к антивирусу). То есть для 21.3 оно похоже по прежнему отключено.

реестр подправили для ускорения получения обновления или в ЛК иной способ для тестовых систем? P.S. На Вин 7 по прежнему 21.3(i), хотя впн обновился до 21.16(c)

Have you signed into (your) MyKaspersky account from the Kaspersky app - the *application* & (your) MyKaspersky account must synchronise for the *application* to pick-up the License information, that's stored in (your) MyKaspersky account, that step applies the Premium subscription, including the Premium VPN.
