Hm on an old notebook Windows 10 is there only 2 launchers (one is as service and another one as normal launcher). Dont know why only 2 on notebook and 4 on desktop pc 🤷🤔

IF (you) are taking screenprints with the Safe Money browser open & pressing the Print-Screen Key on the Keyboard - according to the experts from HQ this is working exactly as per design = it's working properly in all elements, however, IF (you're) using a *print-screen* function from a third-party application & the Safe Money browser & the images shows an image(s), i.e., the screen is not black - according to the HQ experts - this is *not* working as designed. How can I circumvent this without not doing sysprep? I need to generalize the thick image. I suppose this is registry-based.

Problem of Opera VPN integrated in the browser is still in this 21.18 beta as in previous 21.17 final, weird it was working fine in 21.16 and in previous builds... also some users complained in 21.17 final that any VPN add-on in browsers are not working. The only workaround is to create an Exclusion for the browser -> encrypted traffic. Hello @cesarD & @nexon, We've discussed this issue in a logged case - in the past with HQ: SafeMoney & PrintScreen do work & SafeMoney, On-Screen Keyboard & PrintScreen also do work, i.e. screen-prints are not *black*. HQ experts advised: "software-based screen capture activities are blocked. The ability to take a screenshot is only possible by physically pressing the "PrtScr" key when it is needed by the user at the computer." @cesarD, we agree with @nexon, IF Kaspersky Standand is available in (your) region, it's advisable to upgrade. Да, Вы правы, в таком случае обязательно нужно детектировать и удалять Word.) Ну так информация о детектированиях SW новых неизвестных файлов отправляются в облако, затем робот может выдать детект файла сначала через UDS, потом сигнатурами. До PDM просто не доходит дело. Условно говоря, у трех пользователей сработал SW, а затем у тысяч сработал файловый монитор. После чего начинается исправление фолса аналитиками по запросам пользователей.)

Hmm should be work (if you press printscr then screenshot should be black)... Also you are using older version. If you want you can uninstall and install new version. Kaspersky standard will be compatible with your subscribtion.

По той причине, что пользователь открыл документ, исправил, закрыл, открыл следующий. Или как Вы думаете в офисах работают? Наоборот, практика подсказывает, что максимально надежный. Сообщений о детектах легальных файлов сканером или файловым антивирусом тут в разы больше. Да и сбить детект в их случаях проще, криптонул чем-нить, а то и просто перекомпилировал - и файл чистый. С поведенческим детектом этого понятно не произойдет в принципе. Скорее всего это просто отсутствие сигнатуры. Сигнатура - она и в Африке требуется, чтобы что-то детектить. Конечно, иной раз это может быть отсутствие перехвата какой-то активности в драйвере, но это - редко. Редко оно просто потому, что SW крайне редко (возможно, вообще никогда) не срабатывает на действие. Он срабатывать на последовательность действий, т.е. каждое из них - безвредное самое по себе, хотя возможно и подозрительное (тоже кстати не всегда и подозрительное), а вот все вместе- это уже практически наверняка малвара, ибо сигнатура кладется то не на пшик, а на действия вполне реальной малвары.

Шаблоны поведения - это только шаблоны. Конечно, их постоянно дорабатывают, но поведенческий анализ был и остается ненадежным инструментом, поэтому должен быть под контролем других, более интеллектуальных модулей и специалистов-аналитиков. Поставим вопрос наоборот: если PDM не видит угрозы в действиях неизвестной программы, то это автоматически безопасная программа? Или же тут есть несовершенство механизма обнаружения? В таком случае это будет пропуск угрозы, то есть ложно-отрицательный вердикт модуля. Я имел возможность познакомиться с одним небольшим файлом, который был по KSN доверенным, но его действие при запуске - полная зачистка всего подряд на диске, в том числе и антивируса. После его активности систему нужно было полностью восстанавливать. Это было безопасное действие или нет?) На самом деле то был деинсталлятор определенной программы, который должен был запускаться только из папки самой этой программы, тогда он ничего более не удалял. Позже, правда, его все-таки поместили в недоверенные и стали детектировать.

Hi, Using windows 11 here, last build. Kaspersky Internet Security build 21.3.10.391 When I'm using safe money (full green window), kaspesky doesn't block screenshots. Everything is clear. I've tried with chrome. Hardware virtualization is working. Any solution ? Thanks.
