This failure happens when you try to access the URL https://ksos.kaspersky.com See attached screenshot. Is anyone else experiencing this problem ? I have bought already kaspersky premium for 3 devices. I had VPN but today i had to buy new VPN plan. Why ? I looked kaspersky premium plan and there is one option here (VPN option). Now i have usage limite, 300MB i bought VPN plan again and i am waiting for verifiction.

@darthsvader Please reproduce the issue , check your Kaspersky reports and post a screenshot with the details about the blocked page ? Without this information we can’t provide you any suggestion. Also, it looks like Kaspersky Technical Support will be a better option to investigate your problem.

Unfortunately no such option exists, the only Internet monitoring options available are: It's a good suggestion & has been previously submitted to KSK developers, two years ago, it's still stuck somewhere in the KSK 'development' lane - sadly Kaspersky do not give direct feedback, getting any status updates is a futile exercise, not for the faint hearted (ioo). The reason I opened the second thread was to make the situation more understandable(not everyone is a programmer). to make more clarify: if there is a section within a page marked with lazy load, normally the other parts of the page should load, and the mentioned section should load after the fetch operation is completed. However, the entire page is waiting for the fetch operation to finish. I don't have this problem when I turn off the Kaspersky. What setting in Kaspersky could be causing this? I tried to explain with the picture I added:

по идее они должны быть в папке %TEMP%. это предположение. Что точно у вас произошло мы не знаем.

Файл лога поищите в %temp%, вид - kl-setup... Также загляните в журналы ОС (монитор стабильности системы, просмотр событий).

Логах установки и удаления, а также обновления. Не факт. Было вначале написано, что прогресс -- 0%.

вы о каких логах? вы принудительно запустили GUI. А поскольку процесс обновления в этот момент видимо уже шел (судя по отсутствию иконки в трее), программа вам показала сам процесс обновления, который иначе вы бы просто не увидели.

А что, логи эта программа за собой подтирает? Если так, то не очень хорошо для продукта, за которого оплачены деньги. Не тут же оно запустилось, а запустился процесс (окно), в котором было с самого начала указано, что это обновление. З. Ы. Сейчас взял комп, на котором тоже установлена 21.17.7.539, попробую проследить, как в будущем будет обновляться. Я сам его запустил с рабочего стола.

Способ обновления без перезагрузки работает с версии 21.13, поэтому у Вас так же и должно было быть.) Вы пишете, что запустилась установка с нуля и тут же, что запустилось обновление.) Может просто попали на период установки этого обновления, сложно точно сказать. Просто имейте в виду, что примерно раз в квартал выходит новая версия, она постепенно доставляется всем пользователям и устанавливается в фоне без предупреждения. А перезапуск осуществляется уже тогда, когда обновление установлено.

Но, возможно ещё, что устанавливал с такой: kaspersky4win202121.15.8.493ru_45358. Это что вы привели, как должно быть, или как у меня было?
