Микрофон записывает прекрасно, пока не появляется звук на компьютере. Хотя сам микрофон звук приложений уловить не может, но он начинает работать некорректно. А именно звук на записи или вовсе исчезает или становится тише или сильно теряет в качестве. Может ли быть проблема в Касперсом?

After adding the Kaspersky root certificate - the *first* time, was it checked that it was in the Certificate store? На рабочие места (около ста штук), которые территориально расположены в разных частях региона, установили связку Агента 13.0 + KES 11.8.0.384. В KES был включен "Сетевой экран". В итоге после установки компы не успевают подхватить политику, в которой Сетевой экран отключен, и они недоступны для управления и т.д. Часть компьютеров я вижу в KSC, но они недоступны для управления, а часть не вижу даже там. Удаленный доступом зайти на них могу В свойствах этих компов не видно установленных приложений Каспера (ни агента, ни KES), хотя по факту они есть и работают (базы обновляются). Как восстановить управление данными компьютерами, не заходя как каждый из них (и без переустановки KES)? Можно ли каким-то образом массово отключить Сетевой экран (задача из KSC/скрипт через доменные политки/что-либо еще)?

Вы будете смеяться.. но сегодня 27 мая 2024 года. И проблема та же самая существует. Вентилятор ноутбука шумит как угорелый Видимо проблемой этой за 2 года никто не занимался..

Есть список ПО который был установлен на пользовательские компьютера. Как удалить из списка программы которые уже давно не используются у пользователей? Решено! В главном окне программы Дополнительно ➜ управление программами ➜ Реестр программ. Нажать правой кнопкой мыши по "Реестр программ" в выпадающем меню выбрать "Удалить неустановленные программы".

I added the Kaspersky Certificate or whatever it's called to the Mozilla Firefox like it says to do in the tutorial but the next day when I restarted my computer it's telling me that there was an error while configuring Firefox.exe and that I need to add the certificate again and basically telling me that I need to do what I just did again.

Any Solution for this?

Buenas a todos, comunidad. Espero que me puedan ayudar. Desde que instalé el antivirus no tenía ningún problema, pero de la nada, hace como un mes, empezó a fallar todo. Un día, al inicio, creí que fue por una actualización reciente de Windows, así que la desinstalé, pero todo seguía igual y hasta peor. Usé la opción de restaurar sistema, pero no me dejaba; incluso salió un error que decía que el antivirus o algún firewall no dejaba completar el proceso. Bueno, así fueron ocurriendo los fallos progresivamente: Discord: Ya no cargaba, se quedaba actualizando y jamás termina ese proceso, así que decidí abrirlo desde la web. WhatsApp: Ya no podía descargar imágenes. Lo desinstalé y al intentar instalarlo de nuevo, ya no cargaba. Ni la Microsoft Store ni el instalador funcionaban. tambien termine abriendolo desde la WEB Steam: Dejó de cargar la tienda y no se veían los avatares de mis contactos ni el mío. Chrome: Ya no me permitía navegar; marcaba todas las webs como si no tuviera internet. Hice de todo: limpiar caché, historial, etc. y resultó ser que desactivando el antivirus se arregló todo lo anterior. Les dejo mis datos: Windows 10 Tiempo y fechas actualizadas No he tenido ni entradas a webs raras ni instalación de programas nuevos, más que reinstalación de Discord, WhatsApp y Microsoft PC Manager Pasé análisis por toda la PC sin hallazgo alguno No sé cómo configurar mi antivirus para que ya no tenga ese conflicto. ¿Sería mejor reinstalarlo?

So I got the 30-day trial version of the Kaspersky standard plan because I have been through hell dealing with excessive resource usage when I tried the imbedded version of Mcafee and Bitdefender. That is why I wanted to play it safe with the standard version w/o too many things running in the background. I did not know that the big K was so good in terms of performance so I would like to give it a try to the next version because of the VNP. I only have a few questions. Is it possible to change from the standard trial to the next better plan trial during the 30 days? I would only upgrade because of the VPN. Is it possible to only use the VPN without getting annoying messages asking me to activate those? How do I upgrade during the trial? And do I have to pay upfront because of the upgrade even if I am within the 30 days?

Кстати, у себя такой проблемы не обнаружил. После обновления плагина с 12.4 до 12.5 все исключения Веб защиты сохранились.

В ревизиях пусто

Приветствую! Перед обновлением плагина обычно делают бэкап политики. Если не делаете бэкапы, то пора начать это делать. Можно попробовать поискать исключения в ревизиях, хотя вряд-ли.

Здравствуйте форумчане! На KSC 14.2 пришли обновления KES до версии 12.5 и вместе с этим произошло обновление политики для KES иначе не работал KSN. При обновлении из старой политики удалились доверенные веб-адреса ? как быть ? список адресов приличный был создан для бухгалтерии, расстреляют если не исправлю

I acquired the laptop from my last job after leaving, and I have the following error when starting Windows (i attached) This computer had Kaspersky endpoint security installed (now i uninstalled the kaspersky agent), reporting to a central server. I suspect it is a problem with the disk encryption product. I already tried to repair Windows boot from a boot disk without success. Can anyone help me?

сам не умеет. Кроме того, имейте в виду, что при установке из любого online дистрибутива (а других сейчас нет в публичном доступе) поставится последняя версия. Так что только через откат системы с запретом обновления через реестр. Можно еще запросить офлайн дистрибутив предыдущей версии в техподдержке, обосновав зачем он вам нужен. Обычно они дают в таких случаях.

Kasper Premium умеет откатываться сам или лучше систему откатывать ? Я так понимаю история уже месяц длится и ждать не очень хочется
