Understood. I bought Kaspersky Premium for one device under the assumption that one device referred to a PC or Mac and you could connect a mobile device for free. (error on my part), and unfortunately I couldn't get a refund either because the 30-day money-back period is over. Correct me if I'm wrong. So if I want to get Kaspersky's paid Android version, I have to buy another subscription for a device, right? And after both subscriptions are close to ending (PC and Android), then I can directly purchase a Kaspersky premium licence for 3 devices?

First of all. Kernel mode hardware-enforced stack protection is turned off by default in Windows 11. However, Microsoft recommends users to turn it on if they need… um, I don't know – a little extra protection, maybe. My question is, does Kaspersky have compatibility issues with this optional Windows feature? Or is it okay to turn it on while you have Kaspersky installed? Thank you.

after a year (yes , that's true ) of searching for answers, initially iuninstalled Kaspersky and installed Bitdefender but strangely this still persisted , i was tired and angry and came to the conclusion that Win10 updates were the culprit, this couldn't be Kaspersky I'm not good at computer and may be wrong, but I know that Windows trie to harm users with updates to force them to move to Windows 11, i think i will not move to Windows 11 and will stay with the lovely green radioactive waste bear

Hello @Kuser7985Sh, Welcome! Firstly paranoid questions are healthy - do not worry! No, not without *your* specific authority - specific authority means (you've) formally logged a case with Kaspersky & they are *working-with-you-to-fix-a-problem*, IF that's happening YOU will have agreed to it & will be informed of all steps at all times. In the MyKaspersky account, IF a case has been *formally* logged, that means YOU have created an incident request - a Kaspersky employee will, for example, be able to see payment details for Kaspersky purchases BUT they will not be able to see & OR change your credit card number or sensitive information of that nature. A Kaspersky employee can disconnect a device - but again - would not do so without first telling you & also, would have more than likely told YOU to disconnect the device FIRST - then IF you said 'I can't', the K employee would proceed. Is there a problem - what's happening that's made (you) paranoid, provide *details* please - (without exposing any personal details)? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

Hi Everyone, i'm currently planning to do installation of Kaspersky application inside my DMZ zone, so i have read few document regarding the need of Distribution point and connection gateway in order to enable agent inside the DMZ communicate with KSC on-prem console that i deploy inside my internal network. So does both of this Distribution point and connection gateway must be create inside the DMZ zone? also do i need to have 1 special endpoint for this purpose or i can assign any of the managed device that already installed with network agent and KES application inside the DMZ to become the distribution point and connection gateway?

Kaspersky shows in settings that "hardware virtualisation is not available. Incompatible hardware or software detected." Does this make my PC less secure compared to a PC that supports hardware virtualisation, or does this feature only affect the Safe Money component? By the way, I did enable hardware virtualisation in BIOS settings, but still Kaspersky shows the same message. And for the info, my previous computer also showed that same hardware virtualisation is not available text, so I honestly don't know what type of computer Kaspersky needs for this function to work. Clarification on this question would be great. Thank you for any assistance.

This is just a paranoid question, but can Kaspersky employees or customer support representatives have access to your 'My Kaspersky account'? 1. For example, accessing your Kaspersky account and maybe disconnecting a connected device or something bad like that? 2.Also can they see/access your information, payment details and things like that? Çift VPN modunda genelde hız düşüyor eğer o moda aldıysanız. Ya da konum değiştirip denerseniz belki farklı konum daha hızlı olabilir eğer sorun Çift VPN modundan kaynaklı değilse.

Welcome to Kaspersky Community. You can search it via top right option: Search, if still not there, You can add it manually, selecting 1st the trusting group with mouse, and then 1 right mouse click -> Add application to group Or just execute the exe once, and then it will appear.
