Yes. Evertime, when right click on any icon (only steam game icon and "thisPC" not affected) blackscreen and explorer crash, with MSVCP140.dll error. Uninstall fix issue.

Hello @Sandy421, You had Internet Security 2021 MR2 installed. This can be found a little further down in the remover: However, it is possible that this will not remove the entry. In that case, it is important to know which version of Windows you are using.

Having trouble removing KIS. First I used Windows to uninstall KIS,VPN, etc. When the Windows uninstall finished, KIS remained listed in my apps list, though the remnant takes up 0 space. If I click Uninstall, I get an error saying the app is not installed. So I used Kaspersky removal tool, selecting KIS 2015, the latest KIS listed. The tool looked like it was working (progress bar) but when it was finished, and I restarted, the remnant remains on my PC laptop. How do I get that remnant removed? I'm installing under protest. I've been a happy United States user for 15 years.

Hallo @scope, sagen wir mal so: alles, was Aufgabe eines AVs ist, funktioniert auch ohne Standortdaten. Malware und deren Bekämpfung ist standortunabhängig. Die Verwendung des Standorts halte ich für den App-Updater noch halbwegs für sinnvoll, aber nicht für notwendig. Eine lokalisierte Version eines Programms möchte ich auch im Ausland nicht mit der dortigen Sprachversion ersetzt haben. Der "Smart Home Monitor" benötigt den Standort nur wegen einer API-Änderung Microsofts. MS hat mit 24H2 einige Funktionen, die der Monitor benutzt, an die Standorterkennung gebunden. Bei allen Versionen vor W11 24H2 war das noch anders. Da Du den Monitor eh nicht benutzen kannst (gibt es erst ab der "Plus"), kannst Du auf die Windows-Standortdaten vielleicht komplett verzichten. MS muss nicht alles wissen und an jede Webseite weitergeben...

Здравствуйте. Имеется ОС Windows Server 2012 R2, Microsoft SQL Server 2012 и KSC for Windows 15.1. В Sql Server'е настроил сервер базы данных и через SQL Server Management Studio создал базу данных для KSC. При запуске установки и KSC появляется ошибка "Один из параметров установки задан неверно. Ошибка: Невозможно соединиться с сервером базы данных". БД Не могу понять почему установщик KSC не может обнаружить и соединиться с моим сервером БД. Пробовал в свойствах службы SQL Server (MSSQLSERVER) поменять вход в систему на вход с системной учётной записью (с разрешением взаимодействия с рабочим столом) и перезапустить её. Не помогло. Лог установщика прилагаю (создал через msiecex).

Diese gemeldete Empfehlung „Einige App-Funktionen sind nicht verfügbar“ seitens Kaspersky hatte ich auf „ignorieren“ gesetzt, da ich die Standortdaten in Windows nicht aktivieren möchte. @Schulte @TschekkerWelche Funktionen sind dadurch nicht verfügbar bzw. welche Einschränkungen hat das für Kaspersky konkret zur Folge? In diesem Beitrag wurde bisher der „Smart Home Monitor“ und der „App-Updater“ genannt. Den „Smart Home Monitor“ kann ich, soweit ich es gesehen habe, eh nicht nutzen, da ich nur die Kaspersky Standard Version verwende und dieser ist nur in der Premium Version enthalten, richtig? Und der „App-Updater“ funktioniert bei mir bisher zufriedenstellend trotz deaktiviertem Standort in Windows. Gibt es sonst noch Funktionen speziell in Kaspersky Standard, die bei Nicht-Aktivierung des Standorts in Windows betroffen / eingeschränkt sind? Wenn es nur die zwei genannten sind, kann ich damit leben, da ich zufrieden bin mit dem Funktionsumfang. Danke im Voraus für Eure Antwort.

I did open a ticket by the technical support as I am an IT professional. I also sent logs, traces and memory dumps from tests with Kaspersky Standard and Kaspersky Endpoint Security. Waiting impatiently for a fix as my customers become angry ...

Всем добрый день! Нужно создать список разрешенных приложений в KSC. У меня есть реестр ПО, которое разрешено в компании - там просто название ПО и версии. Правильно ли я понял, что я могу создать вручную пополняемую категорию, в которой создать условие с выбором из реестра приложений. Здесь можно по названиям найти разрешенной у нас ПО, его добавить. На этом все? Будет ли работать данный список, или я что-то упускаю?
