I posted elsewhere about my inability to connect and was pointed to a support page that had the same yellow box as the page you sent me to. When I opened that link on that page, the app store stated that the app could not be updated and to try reinstalling. I uninstalled so that I could re-install, but then the appstore message changed to one stating that the app is not compatible with my OS and it requires 14+ I've sent off a support request anyway, but I don't hold out much hope of there being a solution. -

The product apparently sees them as one device. In the EULA, a term computer means, among other things, an OS. Maybe support service will help. -

@Berny I use "AOEMI Backupper" for creating system image with all installed programs then restore it on other computers using "Universal restore" feature inside "AOEMI Backupper" to avoid drivers conflicts. It works fine for most of programs but it cause conflict with Kaspersky license. It always see the both computers as one on portal and when I run one of them I must activate the license again. - Today

Такая же проблема,все сервера один в один без соединения с сайтами.Даже через "Россия" из Евросоюза нет доступа к сайтам (.ru)😪 Дополнение Бля!

Занес денег на год вперед, приложение кривое. Даже Ютьюб, который в России не заблокирован не работает, хотя поначалу, в первый месяц всё работало. То есть, денег взяли за год, приложение работало месяц.. Мошенники. Купил другой сторонний ВПН, всё работает. Не платите им денег.

I can see from the forum that many people have issues with the new update. None of the current threads address my issue, so here's yet another tale of woe. I recently received an update to the VPN service on 3 of my computers. Two of those computers are windows based and still work after the update - albeit with a reduced feature set. The final computer is a 2017 15 inch MacBook Pro which is only used to view media. This computer can no longer connect to the VPN at all. I was advised to remove and redownload the application, but the new version of the application is listed on the app store as only working with MacOS14+ and this MacBook is not compatible with any OS above 13. The support page ( https://www.kaspersky.co.uk/vpn-secure-connection#systemrequirements|vpn ) still lists the application as working on MacOS13+, but the old application could no longer connect and I cannot download the new application. Am I just completely out of luck here? I don't really want to go out and pay for another VPN unless I really have to. -

неважно откуда вы скачали программу. Важно в какой стране (на сайте какой страны) вы приобрели лицензию. У вас сейчас два варианта: - подключиться через ВПН к тому региону, где куплена лицензия и активировать ее. - либо связаться с техподдержкой, объяснить ситуацию и попросить изменить регион лицензии (или саму лицензию). -

Her server için geçerli hepsine bağlanmayı denedim. Basıyorum ve connectingde takılı kalıyor. Hepsinde konum hizmetleri açık, hepsinde uygulamanın konum erişimine izin verdim bana sarı uyarı gelmemesine rağmen. Hepsinde uygulamayı silip dosyalarını imha edip cihazları kapatıp açıp uygulamayı yeniden yükledim. Hiçbirinde VPN bağlantısı alamıyorum. Hizmeti de premium kullanırım yıllardır, ücretli versiyondayım.

Может быть вы об этом не знаете. Создает тем, что для активации код должен быть для этого региона, если вы купили для Казахстана, то и активировать его нужно в Казахстане (IP), а не в Германии и т.п.. После активации уже все равно где и как использовать антивирус. У кода активации есть региональные ограничения. Подробнее в статье: https://support.kaspersky.ru/common/error/activation/10990 -

@mahmoudkeshta For cloning I use ' AOMEI Partition Manager ' I only restore a clone on the same device , source- and target SSD have the same volume size. I never restore a clone from one device to another device but only on the same device (same motherboard - same hardware - same drivers - same licenses … ). Recently installed a new W11 device from scratch clone. AOMEI Partition Manager has no restore option , i unmount the SSD source clone from the PC and replace it with the Target SSD. Also , all my data are on external SSD's (online and offline), my system C drive contains only the Opertating System. -

All VPN users will see a new agreement in the app which they need to accept. The number of available VPN servers will change from ~105 to ~85, most common servers will remain. The router feature, protocol selection and dual VPN options will disappear. We’re continuing to expand coverage and add new features in upcoming updates.
