OK.. no further updates/input, but I managed to confirm it myself. For me the issue also impacts Edge (may be not a total surprise as Edge and Chrome browsers are both based on Chromium engine. For me, it was a new payee.. making a first payment, again, like my brother... could only enter a single digit in the amount payable, no other digits registered... exit Kaspersky, and it worked fine. My Kaspersky is ver 21.23.6.614(a). My PC is Win 11 Pro 25/H2 fully patched. Like him, dont have kaspersky Money (or whatever it called) turned on.

You said that automatic updates are meant for "less experienced users." Do you want to imply that opting out of automatic updates is easily accessible to those same "less experienced users"? You claim to be worried about less experienced users, yet you buried the check-box for opting out so well that the very users you're worried about couldn't find it in a lifetime. What do you call that, if not hypocrisy? A good business practice?

Тут я не понял, это мне или тому, кто посылает письма или к Почтам, надо править шаблон? Посылает вроде одна "контора", а вот Почты разные и шаблоны у них тоже получаются разные.

Как насчет этой статьи, что-то пробовали?

А какой-нибудь из 4 версии уже установлен? Если при установке АВ никакого не было, то АВ сам его качает и устанавливает. Возможно еще, что каких-то обновлений ОС не хватает. В целом, вот с этими, указанными в статье, должно быть все нормально - KB4490628 (обновление от 12 марта 2019) и KB4474419 (обновление от 23 сентября 2019).

I do this with all the software installed on my PC. I regularly follow all the news about the software I run, and if it turns out that there are no bugs or problems with a new version, then I will install it. Until then, I stick with the version that has been proven to have no (major) problems. I didn't have the 2015 version, but the 2023 version of Kaspersky. This option is supposedly placed to be accessible to people who are "less experienced," as you said, right? No. This option is buried so well that inexperienced users couldn't find it in two lifetimes. So, please stop with the hypocrisy. Can you explain why I am not allowed to install an older version after uninstalling this new one? Maybe I need the 2010 version for some testing purposes. Or perhaps I just want to use that particular version on my own responsibility. But Kaspersky doesn't allow me to do that, despite the fact that I paid for a license. Could it be because this new version has incorporated so much telemetry that it is no longer a tool for safety, but for tracking users?
