Absolutely keep mac/little snitch issue separate = log two requests when doing a submission to Kaspersky Customer Service - they will be allocated to different speciality sections of Kaspersky. FYI - we did not respond to (your) mac/little snitch topic bc we're not prepared to ld50 test our mac with little snitch 'for anyone'. We'll upload a mac template in the mac/snitch topic (to guide (you)) if that'll help? Please respond so we don't waste time on this if it's not needed? Just clear something for us pls as we're a little confused - how many VPNs are being used / tested? Thank you🙏 Flood🐳+🐋

Hi yes it happens on the other laptop in the house, a Windows 10/8850h/32GB/1TB/GTX 1070, usb wi-fi 5 dongle as internal wi-fi faulty on that late 2018 model Aorus X5 V8. On my main laptop I use for gaming and pretty much everything - (MSI GT77 late 2023): Win 11 2H42, version: 26100.3775 2x32GB DDR 5 Samsung Ram Nvidia RTX 4090m 13980hx CPU 2*2TB Samsung Gen 4 SSD Intel 1690i Wi-Fi 6 I will have to contact support this time, just in the middle of composing an email as since reinstalling Kaspersky all VPN split tunneling has stopped working in Malwarebytes and Proton. I exited Malwarebytes Privacy completely (it can be exited from tray icon and all processes shut down, just like Kaspersky) and Proton was not open at all and not conifgured to run at startup with Windows (tested all this again after a fresh reboot). and I have a question regarding the mac version that I have been unable thus far to get help on, so I am composing a support email to them, although perhaps it's best to compose one re the Mac question and another re the Windows multiple VPN issues? Re the VPN, it's working, it's just that everything goes through it. The proton browser extension is disabled also however if I re enable it and test its own site exclusions, that works fine. I have tested in latest Edge and Firefox which updated just yesterday. Cheers

Официально, это скорее всего ответят в тех.поддержке, а не на форуме; Ага, а оборот речи оставили прежним, будущей датой.

Зачем всё и вся? Вот же точечное решение, где Вы исключаете только проверку трафика одного определённого адреса и определённого порта на тех клиентах, которым это действительно нужно. Или же Вы считаете, что отключение рекомендуемого параметра защиты проще и именно это следует непременно выполнять, чем выполнять более тонкую настройку защитного программного обеспечения?

Добрый день, После утсановки KES 12.8 появляется следующая ошибка: Windows не удаётся получить доступ к указанному устройству, пути или файлу. Возможно, у вас нет нужных разрешений для доступа к этому объекту При остановке защиты или остановке KES, ПО запускается и подобной ошибки не наблюдается В чём может быть проблема и как исправить?

Ah und noch eine Frage: Wie lange bekommt man eigentlich noch für die ältere installierte Version generell Updates (Funktionen etc.), falls man noch warten möchte mit dem Update auf eine aktuelle Version?

Das geschilderte Vorgehen von @Longlife muss man aber nur einmalig machen und ab dann verhält es sich mit dem Icon wieder normal, sodass Kaspersky automatisch nach jedem PC-Start in der Taskleiste erscheint, richtig? Aber wenn ich das schon höre, denke ich mir, ob es nicht besser ist, noch ein paar Tage zu warten und zu hoffen, dass solche Fehler mit einem Update behoben werden? Gerade deswegen auch die Frage, die noch offen wäre, ist es möglich das automatische Programmversionsupdate hinauszuzögern bzw. zu deaktivieren, wenn man wie ich den Vorgang manuell durchführen möchte und wenn ja wie?

Новость видать отредактировали, теперь там: Мы удалили устаревшую графическую утилиту klcsngtgui.exe из комплекта поставки Агента администрирования. Ее не будет в KSCW, начиная с версии 15.1. Хотелось бы официального заявления. Переходите на версию для Linux. Или ждите. А то уже раз предположил, что версия для винды заброшена, поставил Linux версию и настроил, а через день таки выпустили 15.1 для Windows. В KSC для Linux нашлось много мелких багов и неудобств интерфейса и пришлось переходить опять на Windows версию.

There are some unsupported options, you could try send events via Syslog (please don't forget to exclude before in Firewall Ports used by Kaspersky Security Center) or check multiple options available from Wazuh community.

Hi @scope, die neue Version ist die 21.21.7.384. Du hast die passende "startup.exe". Nach meiner Einschätzung ist diese "startup.exe" aber immer nur der Downloader, jeweils auf eine Version voreingestellt. Nach dem Start sucht sie immer kurz, ob es eine noch neuere Version gibt. Im Moment nicht, aber vielleicht dann in Zukunft. Über Deinen Account könntest Du durchaus einen anderen Downloader als den von der offiziellen Webeite erhalten. Macht im Endeffekt keinen Unterschied. Drüberinstallieren klappt für das Programm selbst problemlos, @Longlife und @astor haben aber über kleine Probleme mit dem Programm-Icon berichtet. Auch bei mir (automatische Upgrade) gab es ein ähnliches Problem: das verbliebene MR20 Desktop-Icon lief danach verständlicherweise ins Leere (Dateipfad nicht vorhanden), ein Icon für die MR21 wurde nicht angelegt. Alles andere war perfekt.

Ну вообще красота, даже устанавливать ничего не требуется. С такой подробной и наглядной инструкцией даже любой не-пользователь Linux разберется, что уж говорить о пользователях.)

Doesn't work at all here either, and I test this by adding whatismyipaddress.com to "ignore". I got so excited, I thought, finally a VPN I can enable system wide and just exclude the websites that have issues, like stan.com.au and disneyplus, but nope, as soon as I try stream on stan, "VPNs are not supported on Stan, please disable your VPN", and disney gives the usual "unexpected error". Turn the VPN off and everything works. Win 11 24H2, Kaspersky VPN 21.21.7.384-1 Sigh

@Itshaman, добрый день. Подтверждаю, в ближайшем обновлении добавят опцию управления устаревшими протоколами, уточнял эту информацию у коллег.

Пробовал, ответа не получил Порой скучаю по временам, когда можно было не только написать, но и позвонить, множество проблем решалось при звонке за пару минут, особенно если с обоих концов продвинутый юзер) Я все понимаю, что Б - безопасность и TLS 1.0 зло, но нужно помнить, что есть L - Legacy, и тот же сбер не торопится переходить на иной протокол взаимодействия Пс. Надеюсь, что это не жуткий оффтоп

Эту мысль нужно доносить с саппорт ) Я такой же пользователь, как и вы и никак на это повлиять не могу.

Посмотрел соседние темы, например Там на скриншоте как раз та самая галочка, про проверку TSL 1.0 Вариант выше, с добавлением полного пути до start.exe и снятием всех проверок с него пробовал, в моем случае не помогло, коллеги из саппорта прислали патч и только после этого заработало Все хорошо, если речь про одну машину, а если из 10, 100, 1000? Имхо, не хватает в облачной настройки исключения для TLS 1.0, ибо вариант с разрешением всего и вся для start.exe, не всегда сработает, тк юзер может вставить токен после флешки и он получит иную букву Надеюсь, что получилось донести мысль на ночь глядя)

Вы невнимательно прочитали тему. Если у вас токен, то вам нужно настраивать исключения. Но смысл действий вы должны понять.
