Thanks, but the problem persists. Well, I can ignore those suggestions in Kaspersky Free, but Kaspersky Free just ignores that I ignored the suggestion. It is a shame that it is impossible to report bugs for Kaspersky Free and very unpleasant that Kaspersky introduced this bug in this version and the customer has to live with this. Several years ago, we also had a similar experience with Kaspersky at the Office: A new version of the Security Center introduced a bug but Kaspersky (your support) provided no fix. 2 years ago, I was asked to renew our license with Kaspersky and I declined and now we are using another anti virus protection. Problem solved. I think I have to uninstall Kaspersky from my private machines too. Before I mark my solution "uninstall kaspersky software" as solution, I wait a little bit. Perhaps they fix the bugs this time.

I have a Primium Licence not a Standard - how to get updates for premium version or is this update for premium also? - I'm wondering about namings tthe change often, but are not clearly understandable in practice

Thank you for your response. I have been able to submit a support issue in the past. I tried it again today to capture the screen after I click submit: I am in Canada. Adding the IP and a name to the hosts file did not resolve the issue.

алерт - это уведомления от антивируса. ну не срабатывают исключения, причин может быть несколько. например объект неверно указан или иная

что такое алерты и как создать эти исключения? У меня активатор уже стоит в исключениях, но он каждый день пишет, что удаляет его.

Антивирус удаляет активтор, всплывют окна, которые потом не закрываются и мешают работе. Активтор KMS, добавлен в исключения, но он удаляется. Кто может объяснить простым языком что делать для чайника?

да. наскролько я понимаю, в предыдущей версии не было такой возможности. нет. Там и документация гораздо более скудная, если вы заметили. да, не требуется. Там все встроено в образ. В 2024 версии это не было сделано по настоянию юристов.
