kaspersky plus Bonjour, (voir page principal google) Il n'y pas longtemps je trouvais le clavier virtuel en haut à droite (voir le souligné en noir) mais je ne l'ai plus à savoir que toutes les cases sont bien cochées dans les paramètres de kis a savoir que je ne le trouve nul part sauf à faire ctrl+alt+ etc

I started using Floorp Browser recently (its a Firefox fork) and although i am able to install the Password Manager extension it does not work, when i click on the extension it just loads forever and the key icon inside the passwords boxes appear but they are greyed out instead of green. Is there a way to make the extension work on Floorp?

Hola, buenas tardes. Desde hace unos días que estoy con un problema que no sé como solucionar: Todo lo que descargo, me lo detecta como virus. Ya intenté suspendiendo Kaspersky, desactivé el File-Anti Virus y leyendo los informes para ver si hay algún falso positivo y nada. La verdad es que a esta altura no sé que puede ser, porque TODO lo que quiero descargar, es detectado como un virus: Una foto, un archivo, aunque sea algo 100% seguro lo detecta. ¿Alguno sabe qué puede ser? ¿Cómo podría solucionarlo? dejo un ejemplo con una foto que quise descargar intentando todo lo que comente antes y nada ¡Gracias!

thank you for welcoming and replying. I logged in to KVPN with the same email account as preimum but still I see this, see the attached screenshot. It shows as a free user and there is Activation code option on top right corner, when I click on it, it asks for activation key, when I enter the key it says go to the Kaspersky website license page, so when I go there, it shows there I am a premium user and VPN is active. Now on KVP on top right corner says use activation code, when I enter activation code there, it gives this message see the attached screenshot I do not understand where is the issue, please help me if you understand my problem 🙂

The windows 11 is refreshed and working properly. Even though there is a warning to scan the hard drive have scanned now and double checked a few files with hash function against earlier backup and they seem identical. issue resolved

и при выключенном пробовала и при включенном, не обновляется похоже впн внес какие-то изменения в настройки ноута, потому что вайфай тоже не работает если впн отключён пробовала изменить адреса DNS, не помогло

Добрый день. Перестал обновляться при включенном впн или как? Я просто пытаюсь понять связь между впн и антивирусом.

кстааати о следующих разах... проблему решил переходом с сервера впн Москва на сервер впн Новосибирск... так что все таки у ваших коллег косяк))

Добрый день! установлен впн на ноутбук. перестал обновляться антивирус. ручное обновление так же не срабатывает (до 8 % загружает и сбрасывает обновление). подскажите как решить проблему?

Я попробовал в личном кабинете Т банка ,но очень тяжело с ними общаться , стандартный ответ , мы передадим информацию в службу безопасности, результат сообщить не можем🫢 И полные не понятки, приняли меры или нет!

can not instal Kaspersky on my Mac mini 4

Здравствуйте. Использую Kaspersky Plus. Где найти настройки уведомлений как изображении? Излазил все меню и не могу найти.

The Kapersky OS was not saving any changes so i wrote them down and copied them into windows to edit them directly and now the above are working. However I have already been trying to run refresh of windows 11 and the laptop has been restarting all night but failing to complete the installation of windows 11. Now it's very hot and slow and smells of burning. I will restart one more time but then I think I need to reset the whole windows OS back to factory

@Алехандро, выполните строго по пунктам: 1. скачайте отсюда утилиту AV block remover с рандомным именем. 2. Распакуйте архив (только не на рабочий стол и не в папку "Загрузки"). 3. После распаковки временно отключить антивирус (если он у вас есть), в том числе Защитник Windows. Если боитесь отключать антивирус, чтобы не скачало ещё больше вирусов, то дополнительно временно отключитесь от интернета. 4. Запустите утилиту. 5. Если утилита не запускается или закрывается во время работы, то запустить из безопасного режима с поддержкой сети. В ходе работы утилиты рядом с этим файлом будет создана папка ..\AV_block_remover. 6. Файл AV_block_remove_дата-время.log из этой папки выложите на любой файлообменник и дайте ссылку в следующем сообщении.
