  2. @User23837 I found your troubleshooting post very helpful. It essentially mirrors my own and helps confirm that the issue is universal. Kaspersky VPN works for me most of the time these days, so it's working. There are the odd hiccup, like not being able to access YouTube and some other sites, and my fastest server is on the other side of the world, but it's still much better. Integrating PureVPN's systems with Kaspersky Lab's has obviously become somewhat challenging, but on the plus side, PureVPN has a very good privacy policy. We do NOT store any logs that could identify your activity or help track it. We do this to prevent PureVPN from sharing information, even if we were forced to.   4. Yo recibí el mismo enlace, y como vi que la dirección y el enlace eran correctos me atreví a realizar dicha actualización y ahora me encuentro con una cosa que no me gusta nada. Resulta que yo ahora mismo estoy viviendo en Colombia y al hacer la actualización en la lista de países de la VPN ya no existe como servidor Colombia, y me sugiere que me una algún país cercano para poder seguir trabajando con supuesta normalidad, de los países cercanos que están en la lista tengo a Brasil a chile y creo que Argentina, con ninguno me funciona la red, intente entrar donde intente entrar automáticamente el navegador me dice que estoy conectado a un proxy o a una red privada virtual y que no puedo acceder a ese contenido porque está bloqueado, y no estoy hablando de streaming, ni contenidos prohibidos, estoy hablando de intentar entrar al supermercado en el cual hecho la compra siempre en mi país. Por lo tanto a qué me obliga a esta actualización a tener que desconectar la VPN siempre que quiera navegar por internet. Por ende no me sirve para nada tener una VPN ahora mismo.

  6. Zusätzlich Stelle ich bei mir fest,dass mit VPn auf Android teils keine Verbindung mehr zu den Seiten aufgebaut wird. Kaspersky so wird dass nichts mehr bin schwer enttäuscht.

    Я за, пусть сразу ркн сразу посмотрит какого хрена такая цена, у мтс посмотрели и цену на 30% урезали. А тут оплатили на 5 аккаунтов и все лежит и работа стоит.

All VPN users will see a new agreement in the app which they need to accept. The number of available VPN servers will change from ~105 to ~85, most common servers will remain. All VPN users will see a new agreement in the app which they need to accept. The number of available VPN servers will change from ~105 to ~85, most common servers will remain.   14. 🔴 VPN от Kaspersky не работает уже 2 дня подряд! У меня ровно та же проблема, что и у всех здесь уже второй день VPN от Kaspersky просто лежит. Подписка оплачена, услуга не работает, а поддержка отвечает какими-то пустыми шаблонами, будто мы не замечаем, что сервис недоступен. Если что, по Закону «О защите прав потребителей» (ст. 29 и 31), когда услуга не оказывается или работает с перебоями, мы имеем полное право требовать: • возврата денег, • перерасчёта стоимости, • компенсации убытков. И это не «кто-то придумал» это норма закона. Когда такая проблема массовая (а судя по комментариям — именно так и есть), обычно подают коллективную претензию или обращение в Роспотребнадзор. Компании очень не любят такие истории, и именно после них начинают реально шевелиться. Я никого ни к чему не призываю, просто делюсь фактом: если сервис не работает, мы не обязаны молча терпеть и оплачивать воздух.

  17. Ja, danke für die Antwort , im englischen Forum wird schon getobt vor Ärgernis . Das vorletzte Update war noch saugut, stolz wurde noch erwähnt , wir haben unser Server deutlich verbessert, sprich Download , Upload Speed, und jetzt, lächerlich, alles gute ist weg, zufällig ist nächsten Monat mein Abo beendet, was ich verlängern wollte, naja, da warten wir erstmal ab, so geht es gar nicht. Es geht doch 100% mal wieder um Kohle zu sparen, das wird der Konzern bald merken, wenn die User sich jetzt andere Anbieter suchen , und das mit Recht.
  18. I have just renewed for 2 years and this happened. VPN is so bad that you cannot open any web pages. Browser doesn't even load. Wow. Luckily I still have time to cancel my premium. After 12 years this is good bye.
  19. Hallo @merle, sei versichert, dass uns die Änderung genauso kalt erwischt hat wie Dich. Über die Gründe des Partnerwechsels ist (uns) nichts bekannt, es ist aber wenigstens kein Namensloser. Ob und wann die jetzt fehlenden Funktionen nachgerüstet werden, wird sich wohl in den nächsten Wochen zeigen. Versprochen ist einiges... Aber Deine Unzufriedenheit teile ich in Gänze.
  20. На сколько мне известно, VPN на том ноутбуке не используется. Кроме того, я не понял: каким образом он может создавать проблему в данном случае? Напоминаю, старая версия антивируса (которая была скачана с офф. сайта 1 декабря 2024 года) прекрасно работала на этом ноутбуке используя подписку, которая вызвала проблемы при активации новой версии антивируса. Да, напишу пожалуй об этой проблемы и в тех. поддержку.

Hallo, nach dem Update sind alle Favoritenserver weg, nur noch 86 da, kein DOUBLE VPN mehr und auch die anderen Funktionen wie privater DNS, Trackingschutz etc. sind weg, dazu ist die Downloadgeschwindigkeit auf die Hälfte reduziert, über das Update hatte ich schon im englischen Forum gerade gelesen, ist für mich eine Frechheit. Soll das so bleiben ???????????????, dann mal frohe Weihnacht, dann kann man ja gleich zur Freeware greifen. Wird wohl bei Nichtänderung ein neuer Provider gesucht. Da gibt es ja genug.

  23. Hello, I too have the same problem with the last VPN update of November 29, 2025. there are also no more game servers that have been deleted and only Torrent servers remain. If Kaspersky does not put in place the same protocols, I do not think I will remain a customer with them. I think and am certain that many Kaspersky VPN users will not continue to be customers in this way.

  26. I download it via Devices > Add Device , Then I select Kaspersky Premium and press download and run the downloaded file. Now I have 2 computers of 5 on Portal. I try to run it on cloned PC but It always show as source PC name although I renamed the target PC and the hardware is different. It seems that it takes the same windows installation ID and see them as one PC. I've faced the same problem on "AnyDesk" software but It has been solved by removing the config file. After that it took a new AnyDesk ID.
  27. @mahmoudkeshta Welcome. Did you try to download / install Kaspersky Premium via My Kaspersky > Licences ? Also , how many devices are showing up in your My Kaspersky portal ?
  28. Hi, I use AOEMI Backupper tool to clone windows with programs to another computers. I have a problem on activating Kaspersky Premium , It always identify source and target Computers as one PC. I tried to uninstall Kaspersky completely (using normal way , kaspersky removal tool , third party uninstaller tool ) and reinstall it again but the problem still here. Each time I run one of them, It tells me that the license is not valid and I should activate it again. Any Idea of how to solve this and identify the cloned Computers separately ?
