I'm working with Creality Falcon A1 laser, using Falcon Design Space. Today Kaspersky decided that it's a virus and blocked it, deleting most of its files. I didn't know what to do so I clicked disinfect without restarting. Suddenly it started rolling back everything, or so it seemed so. When it finished, there was no icon on the desktop. I tried to run maintenance service of Falcon Design Space, but couldn't fix the issue. Windows said such program doesn't exist. Uninstalled Kaspersky and removed all Falcon files. Now I can't even install it again. I'm furious!

Log a support request with Kaspersky Customer Service: https://support.kaspersky.com/b2c#contacts -> select Email, fill in the template as shown, please provide a *detailed-history* & please do not select the AI-Bot to submit the request. I just heard back from Kaspersky support. It appears there will not be a fix rolled out for this, and we should just add URL's to the Trusted URL's section of KSC. I just hope this doesn't affect too many URL's going forward, or it is going to be a busy end to the year!

Hello again new install on Debain 12, up to date. clean database, removed ksc64 and ksc-web-console. new ksc 16 install, new web console 16 install - blank page. restor from backup - same, other browser (Mozilla, Edge) - same. All services looks fine - active and running. Any clue?

Hello everyone! Double VPN disappeared! I would know why there in no more and I would know when it will be replaced in the VPV! I pay for it too! So I hope Kaspersky stuff will replace it as soon as possibile!

Проблема не только у Вас, на сегодняшний момент эта проблема массовая. Купить лицензию на Kaspersky Secure Connection в России Вы не сможете. Единственный выход перейти на дугой VPN.

Similar issue here in my Country (Jordan) although i am stuck at (connecting) when turning vpn toggle on.

Да, это проблему решит. По старой лицензии сделают возврат Вам.

Тех поддержка на запрос не отвечает, вчера отправлял запрос. Скажите сколько ждать, у меня работа стоит. Проблема что покупал с другой страны или в чем? Если я куплю через https://www.kaspersky.ru/ новую подписку с РУ сайта, это решит проблему? Сейчас к нескольким серверам подключается, НО без доступа к интернету.

Инстаграмм открываться и не должен, он заблокирован в России. По поводу остального - обращайтесь в техподдержку. С ютубом сейчас действительно могут быть проблемы. нет, он не умер, только что проверял. Это какие-то локальные проблемы.

Поддерживается управление приложением Kaspersky Industrial CyberSecurity for Nodes, установленном на компьютеры под управлением операционной системы Microsoft Windows XP SP2, через Консоль администрирования Kaspersky Security Center и через Web Console. Только на версии 10.5 или на версии 10.5 и выше?
