so realtime kaspersky free never protected me from this malware because it stole passwords and modified and deleted files in my hdd pc windows in 2024 or 2025? this atack cause modified/deleted/damaged files?

But I can assume something else. The file wasn't removed by Kaspersky, stole password from Mega, plus modified/deleted/damaged files, and then removed itself. This is also quite possible.

Ich finde aber nur eine Eingabemöglichkeit zur Verlängerung, bei der ich direkt bei Kaspersky eine neue Lizenz bestellen muss. Wo kann ich eine vorhandene Lizenz eingeben? Ich hatte die Lizenz schon mal in einem Fenster eingegebeneingegeben. Leider weiss ich nicht mehr wo. Klingt doof, ist aber so. Hat auch nicht funktioniert, den der Schutz ist jetzt abgelaufen. Ich kann mich nur noch an das Eingabefeld erinnern. Es war ziemlich weit unten und mit sehr kleiner Schrift. Im schlimmsten Fall habe ich die Lizenz irgendwo im Nirvana verbrannt. You have been answered at MalwareTIps forum, probably last year while having KFree, it detected and removed the exe file that accompanied that dll file, so the attack was stopped. And that dll file remained there, as I told many times before, as a leftover, not active in memory, and later Defender detected it on demand scan.

Do you understand that MS Defender has not been detecting this file since Friday? Its detection has been added by Kaspersky and some other vendors, but excluded by MS. From the point of view of MS, this file is clean now. If you trust the verdict of MS, you may use this file safely. This detection, which you have already mentioned a hundred times on a dozen forums, is no longer actual.

так может в ней ошибка какая, они прекратят ее распространение. не зря же она волнами происходит, это позволяет избежать появление проблемы у массы пользователей

Ответ от поддержки конечно очень компетентный. Скинули дебаг версию 110.29. Лог им предоставил, только что в нем увидеть можно, если не воспроизводится проблема. Еще раз убедился в том, что прошлая версия синхронизируется без лишних вопросов. Попросил дебаг новой 111.25.

Ich habe mit wie ist meine ip auch schon falsche Daten erhalten die zb mit whoer.net nicht übereinstimmten, man muss auch eine weile warten nach dem aktivieren bevor man es testet wie die ip ist.

Пробовал как только столкнулся. На обоих устройствах. Сейчас перезагрузил ещё раз. Ничего не изменилось.

У меня была подобная проблема на Android (с синхронизацией). Буквально несколько дней назад. Решилась перезагрузкой устройства.
