  7. спасибо, но дело было не в этом, там хоть полные права давай нни чего не получалось. надо было изначало сеть поднимать через systemd-networkd Хотел полную выкладку команд сделать, страница ошибку выдает 😞 sudo systemctl --now mask NetworkManager sudo systemctl --now mask networking sudo systemctl --now mask resolvconf sudo systemctl unmask systemd-networkd sudo systemctl enable systemd-networkd sudo systemctl start systemd-networkd sudo systemctl unmask systemd-resolved sudo systemctl enable systemd-resolved sudo systemctl start systemd-resolved sudo mv /etc/network/interfaces /etc/network/interfaces.save дальше настраиваем systemd-networkd и делаем симлинк resolv.conf Все ошибки, которые были до этого ушли, кроме admin@server:~$ ssh klconfig@localhost nagent server.domain.loc 13000 14000 klconfig@localhost's password: Start automatic installation Automatic registration - KLAUTOANSWERS is set to /var/opt/kaspersky/la/klnagent.deploy_config Add systemd service klnagent64... Добрый день, Там может быть очень много причин и решений, все зависит от состояния системы: https://support.kaspersky.ru/common/error/installation/14829 Можно попробовать установить все доступные обновления Windows, переустановить сетевые драйвера (удалить, перезагрузить ОС, установить новые). Если не поможет, тогда только обращение в поддержку: https://companyaccount.kaspersky.com с отчетами системы.
  9. Всем привет. Столкнулся с проблемой установки драйвера klim6_sha1.sys_x64. OC Windows 7. Перепробовал уже всё, что только смог найти. На других компах с этой ос таких проблем не было. Кто сталкивался и что помогло?

    Hi @scope, ja, der erste RC ist draußen. Was wir nicht abschätzen können, ist nun: kommen noch weitere RCs? Wie lange dauert es, bis der letzte RC als Release verteilt wird? Wann ist Dein Rechner an der Reihe? Sollte das automatische Upgrade wieder nicht klappen, ist eine Deinstallation per Windowsinstaller angesagt, dann sollte aber nichts außer den Lizenzdaten beibehalten werden. Wenn wieder zwei Installationen vorhanden sind, muss noch die Nachbehandlung mit dem Remover folgen. Falls das Unerwartete eintritt, helfen wir Dir gerne.

I suggest Kaspersky fix the below, i don't understand why the exclusions must still use the DNS of the VPN tunnel of they are not to work over the VPN. it does not make sense If a VPN connection is enabled, all applications, including those added to exclusions, will use the DNS of the VPN tunnel instead of the user's DNS. Thanks a lot @harlan4096, will this issue be fixable?
  22. @Schulte Ich habe gesehen, der erste RC ist schon veröffentlicht, also wird es vermutlich nur noch ein paar Tage dauern, bis das finale Release kommt. Was mir noch eingefallen ist und ich möchte gerne vorbereitet sein. Angenommen das AutoUpdate klappt wieder nicht und Kaspersky installiert sich doppelt sowie letztes Mal. Reicht dann eine Deinstallation über Windows (sofern das reibungslos klappt, nicht sowie beim letzten Mal) oder sollte ich (zusätzlich) noch das Removal-Tool nutzen, damit alle Altlasten komplett gelöscht werden?

    получается почти сразу после запeска, а закончилось за полчаса до моего прихода. Потом попробую. KRD может показывать и регистрировать подобие BSoD при аппаратных проблемах?

  25. Я приобрёл Secure Connection пару дней назад по совету приятеля, и у меня в списке локаций только два элемента: "Самый быстрый сервер" и Нидерланды (а у приятеля -- полно всякого разного). В чём может быть дело? ADD: Уже увидел в другом месте объявление о переезде на новую инфраструктуру.

    @Gabriel Boettcher To repair access to the KSC Web Console, Before beginning the entire process of restoring access to the Web Console, close all open browsers or those that are accessing the Web Console link. Open Control Panel (from the Run menu, use the appwiz.cpl command) → Programs and Features. Select the Kaspersky Security Center Web Console product and click Uninstall/Change. Choose your preferred language > OK. Select Reissue Certificate and click Next. Wait until the process is complete and then try accessing the Web Console again. Did you do the above procedure?

    Excellent text bob77... I've been using Kaspersky since it was just called KAV, in 2000... it's been 25 years... I personally use the Kaspersky Small Office version, but I recommended Free to my clients because I'm in Brazil, here the economic situation is complicated and many always run to free solutions and end up going for popular but terrible antivirus... I completely agree with you that the conversion rate could be much higher and, personally, I don't stop believing in them, but for me I'm still undecided whether or not to recommend their domestic solution based on the premise that they abandoned the product without giving satisfaction... What happened in the USA may be regrettable and is very questionable, but we are talking about people from all over the world, which is not the USA. Anyway, the only way to wait is to wait.I was looking for information and I'm following it here. I registered just to say that I was also worried about the situation... I didn't want it to be discontinued, but I thought it was disrespectful not to have any information.
