xhamster.com does not work with Kaspersky VPN. xhamster.com nao funciona com Kaspersky VPN.

Hello

I'm trying to browse the Xhamster.com site using Kaspersky's paid VPN, but the videos won't play.

I have to turn off the VPN to make the videos run. I suggest fixing this bug,

estou tentando navegar no site Xhamster.com usando a VPN paga da Kaspersky, mas os videos nao rodam.

Tenho que desligar a VPN para fazer os videos rodarem.Sugiro consertar esse bug,

  1. Try another browser.
  2. Try another remote virtual location. 
  3. Still not working, please log a request with Kaspersky Customer Service, https://support.kaspersky.com.br/b2c/br#contacts -> on the support page, select Email, fill in the template with a *detailed* problem history; support may request Logs, traces & other data, they will guide you:image.thumb.png.b73c08c6826f45cdb9a4714e3980cab2.png

Also, do You have Private Browsing and Anti-Banner enabled? 

 

Also, check Custom DNS settings.

I can confirm no issues here, I tried in a virtual machine with Windows 11 Pro x64 24H2 + KPremium 21.22a + KVPN 21.22, all in default settings, and in Mozilla Firefox with that URL, no issues with videos...

I try other edge, firefox and Chrome.

O trabalho europeu, Américas and Oceania Austrália on vpn Server.

Xhamster didnt workshop.

 

When i turn off vpn xhamster works.

 

So The problem is in kaspersky vpn.

I have private browser from kaspersky extension. 

I use to work well on xhamster, tais extension. 

My dns is quad9.

Are you talking about your primary and alternative Ethernet DNS  settings ,
if so please try public Cloudflare DNS resolvers 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 ?

Also please check  :

  1. Windows command  'ncpa.cpl' to open the Network Connections control panel.
  2. Check your primary & alternative DNS Servers in your Ethernet Network connection ?
  3. Check your primary & alternative DNS Servers in your Kaspersky LAN Network connection ?
