Win 10 Mouse freezing some sec [Solved] [Closed]

Hello Support,

my mouse freezes for 5 sec on Windows 10 latest version:

1. Windows 10 version & build?  : Windows 10 1909 - 
2. KAV version & patch?  : Kaspersky Total Security
3. Is KAV free or licensed? :  licensed - 2 yrs.
4. How long has KAV been installed?  : 3 years ?
5. Does the USB attached mouse / Windows freeze happen when the mouse is inserted into every USB port? : Yes.
6. Have you tested the issue with another mouse? : No, 
7. Does the USB attached mouse / Windows freeze happen if Windows is run in SafeMode? 
8. May we have a video of the issue please? : Simple 4..10 sec freeze of the mouse
9. May we have a GSI & Windows Logs, please upload the zip folder to cloud & post back the link? : Yes.

Please which version and patch you have installed? Full version number and patch. 

 

Also where is your GSI? 

 

Basic info about your PC? CPU, RAM, HDD OR SSD?

Move your mouse cursor on taskbar on kaspersky icon you will see full version number with patch.

You can send link here of your GSI it is secure. Only Basic info.

How you install kaspersky version 20? Was upgrade from previous version? Or clean installed? 

 

1.uninstall kaspersky from control panel and also uninstall kaspersky secure connection

2.restart PC (important)

3.install kaspersky update database manually when finished update again and restart pc

I bought a new mouse on Saturday and no longer had any problems on my desktop.

This works great and my problem is solved with it now.
