Why does windows security shows No Providers in Web Protection?

HI,
Why does Windows Security Centre show no providers in Web Protection? Does that mean I have no web protection active? 
I am using Kaspersky Standard (21.13.5.506) which was updated to from Kaspersky Internet security.

Welcome back!

1. Web Protection is a component of MS Windows Defender -> for the installed Kaspersky software to work correctly Defender must be OFF. 
2. No -> Kaspersky is providing all the web protection.
