VPN does not work on Android

It works on my laptop. I can access blocked site like Medium just fine.

But on my Android 13 device it still says connection refused. Even when I change VPN location. I can check that the IP address changes but can not access any blocked site.

This is precisely one of the reasons I stick with …… VPN , on my Android devices ... specifically, my SmartTV, where I have no such issues, including switching Countries, etc.

Were you able to resolve your (presumably, mobile dev) issue?
