Unavailable tools

Good morning everyone.

I'm having trouble activating some antivirus tools on my phone. The Safe Browsing, WhatsApp Link Scanning, and App Blocking options are unavailable.

The error I see is "For your security, this option is currently unavailable," as shown in the attachment.

I'm using Android 14, version UOAS34.216-174-6-7-1. This is the latest update available.

The Kaspersky Plus version is 11.122.4.13875.

Try this: in Your Android, go to Settings -> Applications -> Kaspersky -> Rights, there check all rights are allowed, tap on top right 3 points and check there if You have to allow any right. 

 

Also, go to Your Android Accessibility settings, and there find Applications option, and allow Kaspersky there.
