Unable to connect any VPN servers

After reboot my pc suddenly i couldn't connect any VPN servers. And also there's some attempts that what i tried before.

I restarted the modem router for 1 minute. Then i reset my ISP and Modem configurations and i cleared my DNS (TCP/IPv4) configs.

I also used some of command prompts on CMD (as admin) such as "ipconfig /release , ipconfig /flushdns , ipconfig /renew , netsh int ip reset , netsh winsock reset"

And finally i uninstalled the VPN software and installed again. I probably missed to do something, could you guys tell me what should i do?

It looks like the error message says "Try connecting later or contact me here (Tech Support) if the error persists"
Did you try another virtual location ?
