Thrusted applications are not that thursted

Hello support,

i encounter some problems on my KAV for a past year and i never ask for help, but now this issue is getting more and more annoying.

I'm using allot of protected programs from auto industry and they are protected (more or less).

After i put a file on exclusion zone, in 2-3 seconds i got another notification becasue KAV found another threat in the same file , but that file is on exclusion zone.

I try calculating hash code, using protection component as ALL component. All in is vain.

Any idea please? Only logic solution is to uninstall KAV. I cannot work like this!

Why KAV is ignorig that aplication is on exclusion list?

If You think those applications are not actually malware, then You should send them to K. analyst to remove the possible false positive.

@ursu82 How can we verify that the exception was created correctly if you're hiding all information? If the first three exceptions in Program Files (x86) were made for the same file, update the product version to K. Standard as @Berny recommended above. And submit the file via TIP (button "Send to reanalyse") or customer service as @harlan4096 proposed.

You can see clearly that all content are in Program Files (x86) PCM.

Why i open a ticket for this manner if problem is in another place?

I can't see clearly any file.

Repeat for the third time: first of all, update the product version, KAV is outdated - bugs are no longer fixed.

Did you try to exclude the folder ?

Yes, folder is already excluded.

@ursu82 The screenshot below shows two examples of exclusions. The first one was created for a file, the second one - for a folder and its contents (subfolders and files). If you do the same in one of the ways, you'll be happy.

Note, these exlusions will be ignored during contextual instant file scanning or selective scanning via product's GUI.
